Extra ordinary environment with extremely beneficial curriculum and on campus placements.

The course curriculum are well prepared to meet the industry requirements. They pay special attention in equipping students with industry knowledge and updated technologies. Apart from the curriculum, many other optional courses are offered thus helping the students to have a versatile knowledge. The department staffs used to organise industrial visits periodically at the end of each semester. The curriculum enables and prepares us for the on-campus placements efficiently.

From Google to Microsoft to Small start-ups, almost 134 companies visit our college for recruitment. With respect to my course, National instruments, General Electrics, Bosch, Alstom, Caterpillar, Qualcomm, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Deloitte etc paid their visit along with several other core, management and software companies. Around 80 percent of people are recruited every year with a specific condition of no backlogs. At the end of third year, our college will enroll our names in specific placement training private institutes to provide aptitude and soft skill enhancement.

Our college has two major technical events namely Kriya and Srishti which are state level inter college events. Also we have intrams at the start of every year which is a cultural event. In both the technical events thousands of college students from all over Tamil Nadu would participate. Apart from the technical events we celebrate Tech day in the mid of February to honour our own college talents and accomplishments.

The fee structure is quite feasible and suitable scholarships are also provided for eligible students. The payment can be made either online or by demand draft. No additional fee is required for admission apart from tuition fee in merit basis. The college is extremely transparent in fee breakdown and for every payment three receipts are provided as student's, college's and parent's copy.

The scholarship is available for eligible students on every possible opportunity. The eligible criteria depends on the economic background of selected student's family.

Ragging is strictly banned in our college. Versatile is the best word to describe when it comes to opportunities with co-curricular activities. the gender ratio is around 2:3. There is no discrimination based on gender, race and religion. Diversity is well infused and observed at our college environment.

The college seniors are extremely friendly and helpful. In view of placements they provide the best guidance by conducting mock interviews. They motivate us to perform in every available opportunity.

From my teen age, i had a strong wish for instrumentation engineering and to study at PSG college of technology. The reputation of the college and the placement statistics are the main reason which ended up me here at coimbatore. I got admitted here in accordance with my cut off. Normally people with a cut off above 195 can get admission easily under merit list.

Our college faculty pay their most attention in enlightening the students with in depth detail of every subjects. Each course consists of around 40 lectures. The average age of the staffs could be around 35 and every one of them is either post graduated or a research scholar. Both oral and practical sections are arranged by the faculty embers to give clear ideas. Suitable industry visits are also planned in accordance with the courses if required.
