Remarks

Management is a little prickly. We have tried to stay away from them. Didn't have much interaction.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is well researched. It gives you the overall knowledge required of you to be industry ready. There is a business communication and foreign language course too which is mandatory. This helps us become well rounded professionals. The professors are very helpful. You can go to them with whatever silly doubts you have and they are more than happy to help you. Some of the professors are current PhD students and involved in some thesis. You can take their help to publish your research papers. The university itself I don't think is very research driven atleast I didn't get that experience. We didn't have any industry visits as such. However, every year they hosted confluence and invited many industry leaders. We had the opportunity to network here. Many a times, they would host talks by eminent names in the industry and we all had the opportunity to attend these.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements was a regular activity in the final year almost every day of the year we had a company visiting on campus l. Sometimes even two. The list is pretty long. Right from cisco, Microsoft to wipro, capgemini. There were companies of all kind. 90% cse students are placed. You just need to maintain a cgpa of 6 and above and you are allowed to sit for placements. We did have a brief session with the placement head before the season started, however I wouldn't coun that as a prep session. Recruitem drives would generallystart with an aptitude test followed by tech interview and then HR interview. Microsoft and Cisco had many more rounds though.

College Events

4.5

There are tech and cultural fests all round the year. The clubs organise many competitions and workshops. One good thing about this college is that you will never get bored of studying. If you arelooking for some extra curricular activities, you wil always find something.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is on the expensive side for sure. The per sem fee is equal to a normal college's yearly fee. Everything is transparent. There are scholarships too. Mode of payment. Would be DD/cheque or online. No additional fees were charges to secure admission. It was merit based. College is very transparent about fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

On admission scholarships upto 100% are given based on your cbse score. Merit scholarships are given to upto top 5% of class depending on class size. I had the merit scholarship and I had to maintain my position top 1 to get the scholarship every year.

Campus Life

5

All facilities are great. Gender ratio is 50 60 in cse. In departments like mech there are more males ofcourse. Student diversity is fine. Most of the students are localities from Delhi and Noida or greater noida. Very few students are OUTSIDERS, for this particular course. As a univrsitu, there were about 5000 hostellors. There wer no dorm parties. Hostel rules alwete strict. There wer time bounds. The hostel Committee would organise cultural eventa n competitions from time to time which was the best part of hostel life. Right from dandiya events to janmashtami rain dance and lohri nights. We would also have random cricket match screenings and dj nights.

Hostel Facilities

3

Yes. Hostel seats are limited. Two types of accommodation avaialable- AC and non AC. AC hostel is apartment style and provides single rooms. These are relatively cleaner and neater than non AC rooms. Non AC is twin or triple sharing depending on your luck. Food is not included. You have to pay separately in the cafe. Laundry is included. Daily cleaning of rooms.

Alumni/Alumna

If you approach them, they will help you for sure. As I was part of the dance club, I had good connects with the seniors of the cultural clubs. And they would help me with notes and projects.

Admission

It is a well known University with a lot of opportunities in every field. The location is great too and so is the campus. I always wanted to pursue computer science engineering and found this university the best in the location that I was looking for. I had to go through an essay writing exam followed by a face to face interview at the campus itself. Withing 12 days I got their decision that I was admitted.

Faculty

4

Most of the professors had a post graduate degree from top colleges like IIT. Many were pursuing their PhD. Some even had some industry experience. The professors were great in their field. Average age would be 30 or 35 I guess. All of them were very helpful if you showed the zeal to do more that academics. They would tell you baiut external fundinfs and opportunities and push yo uto give your best. I am still in touch with many of the professors and they have been quite helpful in writing my recommendations

Placement Experience:

Integral University in the third of engineering asks us to take time out for placements training. Students who haven't done any internships are asked to do one or attend the workshops organized at the university. Thus in the final year, we are fully prepared and companies also are never disappointed as maximum students clear the interviews with ease.

Placement Experience:

My college has an average placement of 6LPA. Placement eligibility starts from the end of 5th semester, but when I got promoted to 5th semester, placements declined due the the restructuring in placement cell. So our batch missed the opportunity to attend any placements. In year 2022, the highest placement was around 22LPA and in year 2023, it declined to 9 LPA as there was restructuring in team. After getting my degree I will look for carrier opprotunities on my own, as I have not experienced any placement in my college years.
