Anonymous's Review On Jabalpur Engineering College - [JEC], Jabalpur

I opted this college to peruse better in engineering and as it is most renovated college in Madhya Pradesh. This college has the better name in electrical and mechanical branches in Madhya Pradesh. So I have opted Electrical Engineering I. This college because I have more interest in electrical.

The courses are all good but the faculties here are not too very serious about this. And the syllabus didn't updated from the last 70 years it is same from the starting of this college. It is better if you didn't talk about curriculum here there is nothing here. There is no industrial visits also.

Internship is from other companies such as railways and power company

The placement here is only name nothing is here, There are only software companies came here not any core companies. Placement process is you have to give general interview. And placement is only for the software companies.

There is nothing in the name of campus in here. The only get software company here with the perk of 3 lakh per annum. But college fest are quite awesome such as MILAN and PRAPANCH etc. Which are in bigger size investment in crore.

There is no need of taking any loan to came in here to take admission. But you can avail scholarship here according to your caste criteria. If you are from OBC and SC ST you get scholarship here. But if you are from GENERAL category the you get scholarship named as vikramaditya.

Sport facility is also poorer. There is only name of WiFi here which provides only 20 mb per day to single device that is nothing. Library sizing is great but there are lot of books which we needs to be issued from here but didn't get here due to non availability of books in large number. The building of college is poor infrastructures. You can see cows roaming in here in college campus every where.

Nope I didn't opted hostel facility but facility of hostel but facilities in the hostel is very good and food quality is much better. I really appreciate by the hostel facility in here. I prefer you to stay here in hostel but I didn't stay here due to some other reasons.
