There are nearly 30 pvt. Clgs in tamilnadu.But this is the only college which is started earlier.so the number of passet out is many. College infrastructure is also good while comparing with other pvt. Colleges.It is the only pvt. Clg to have ICAR accreditations in tamilnadu.one can opt PG entrance exam only if the clg is accredited with ICAR according to latest notifications.Hence this is the only private college with ICAR accreditation.The only college without uniforms.We also have atleast 5 outdoor tours during each semester.Final years will have ALL INDIA tour for 25 days.

The course is completely updated every 2 to 3 years.The final year programme has 6 months of village experience and 6 months of industrial exposure.When compared to other colleges the facilities are enormous.Yes,There are some highly knowledged staffs like Dr.Manimaran,Dr.Janarthanan,Dr.Surendran,Dr.Kanimozhi from soil science,horticulture and genetics respectively

There is not in campus placements for agriculture.Fertilizer companies and marketing companies hire students for minimal wages.So they opt for pg programes and other competitiive exams. Also you can become a rearch scientist,silkboard,spice board,coffee board,Food corporation etc.

While speaking about culturals. Every student waits for even semester to enjoy the feast.nearly 5 to 6 functions happens every year and the student representatives are allocated with funds and they must take care of the programme and other facilities.This is to mould the students even more a good product by managing the financial activities.other colleges do participate in functions and we too move other colleges to culturals and sport events

The infrastructure like sports facilities, library, labs, Gyms, cultural hall, computer lab is present. Every even semester has sport events and hence sports is made important.Library is completely digitalized and documented. Size is approximately 50*50.Lab equipments are not available for all courses.But at maximum it is available.Wifi facility is not available

Hostel rooms are well ventilated and accommodated with 3 students per room.Bed and cot is provided with new pillows.size is nearly 10*15. In agriculture studies hostel is compulsory since classes starts at 7.30 morning. Everyone must be at hostel and outing is allowed from 5 to 7 pm.
