Since being from Uttar Pradesh I was in search of top institutes nearby because I didn't want to go way too far for studies so I found and went for GLA University. It's the most renowned here in north India and also comes with a great campus and faculty.
Course Curriculum Overview
The CSE course here comes with a major advantage of being in partnership for specifications like AIML, DA, CSF, CLoud, etc and this itself was an attraction for me to join this university. The faculty here for these subjects being is well trained and the student to teacher ratio is just outstanding. Overall Coming here would be a great decision for academics.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities here are also great. They provide you with both on campus as well as off-campus internships. And the most important part is they never ask you to drop your internship if you got a good one. Instead, they'll manage your grades down there.
Placement Experience
The campus placement is also good here. The highest package till 2020 is 32 LPA. And the faculty involved in placement preparation pour their bodies out for you to get the best possible job. And the big names like Amazon, Microsoft do visit here and take a lot of students also.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here the fees vary with the course you opt for, like in CSE itself there are two tie-ups one is with IBM and the other one with DCS and both have different fees structure and the one being without any of them too has different. The scholarship criteria are also simple aggregate 80% and you're getting it.
Campus Life
The campus life here is almost like every college. Since it's not debatable at all that campuses are more or less the same considering a big private University. He the difference lies in its world-class library. Some internationally praised hostel buildings. And great mess food. Everything else is just fine too.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is just awesome here. There are two hostels to choose from in the first year one being the single-seater and the other triple one. Then the next it's instead of triple you'll be having an option for a double bed. Now the main part is always the mess food which is quite alike home food.
Interview Experience
There's an entrance examination for anyone opting for any course to enter here. Since being in a great position it is obliged for this university to go for one. And there's no such interviews and stuff it's just one entrance examination.
