Entrance Preview

Not any entrance examination. Admission base on 12th Percentage. My college is government college. It is not more expensive.It's near to my hometown.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is 4 year course. My course is related to information technology. 1st year is common subject of all courses. After that we have studied related to computer hardware and software related subject and practicals.

Internships Opportunities

College internship i have taken in total infosoft,ahmedabad. There is not any stipend but i am paid 10000 for internship because any company not given free internship.

Placement Experience

Not any placements are in our collage because in 2009 IT industry have no jobs in market. In other branches have some placements but not more company or mnc company comes for placements.

College Events

We have celebrate sports week, technical events and every year collage event of dance,singing and other activities. So all students participate and performs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our fees structure is very cheap means our college is government college .So, we have paid minor fees compare to other collages. So yearly approx.2000 including exam fees.

Yes, every year i am received scholarship from collage and university. It was very needful in mu education it is more than my fees and hostel fees.

Exam Structure

We have semester system so every 6 month exam and oral exam. After that we have new semester start. Over exam structure is good.

Faculty

Faculty's are good but not enough faculty's as per students and divisions. They are well educated and experienced. But they have not any idea or experience about current industry knowledge.

Life at LDCE: A Student's Perspective

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.
