A highly regarded college for Engineering in the state of West Bengal. The campus area is very large with all the amenities. The placement rate here generally is fairly good. However, in the IT sector, there is much scope for placements as more than 75% of the students usually get placed. The lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA and the average salary package offered is nearly about 5.5 LPA. Roles offered in the IT sector depend on your merit. You could be offered as a system engineer or a system developer or a professional programmer. When students enter their 5th semester, they have to take training on Python, which is organized by Infosys. There is a lot of scope for students who really want to study and do well. Teachers here are very interactive and helpful. If they feel you are facing difficulty in any topic, they always ready to make you understand the topic. The course curriculum is relevant, and various workshops are organized by our college frequently, which makes students industry-ready.

College Events
Regarding events and fests, there are no issues because our college organizes a tech fest and a college week every year. It's really fun to be a part of these events. There is also much scope for extracurricular activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
The topper of the college is awarded a scholarship for the semester he/she is in and their tuition fees are pardoned. Apart from this various other scholarships/loan facilities are provided to students based on their financial status and also on merit.
Campus Life
There is a huge library in our college. Canteens are pretty well maintained as well as the classrooms. Most of the classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners, and there is an open Wi-Fi facility for every student to use. Every department has its own smart classroom, and all the labs are very well maintained.
Hostel Facilities
All the hostel rooms are triple sharing and are quite big in size to accommodate all 3 students. The canteen food is not your mainstream hostel mes food and in fact, is actually very good as the menu changes everyday. Hygiene is top-notch. Availing the hostel rooms are fairly easy at a nominal rate of 12k every semester excluding canteen charges.
