Remarks

I opted for this course because I am quite interested in legal proceedings. And about the university it is Asia's fastest growing University. It provide both good academic and extra curricular base. Its infra structure is clean and well maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

The academic structure of Chandigarh University is quite good. Faculty explains their subjects very well and clear your doubts. For law subject Sumit Sharma is the best. And for economics Puja Sharma. We have been provided many court visits.

Placement Experience

We have all the companies visiting our college for internship Google amazon etc. We have group discussions and personal interview sessions for placements. Our placement department prepare students well in advance for any placement call.

College Events

Our college organise various events like star nights probably known as tashan nights twice a month. Akshay kumar Kiara advani Ranbir Kapoor etc many stars come to our university. We organise fest once a year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't availed any but our college has many scholarships like for defence background 12th score sports scholarships. You need to maintain your Cgpa to continue them. They are quite helpful for parents.

Campus Life

Our campus I beautiful clean and quite expanded. Sports we have all the necessary ground kits and coach. WiFi is there in campus as well as in hostels. We have seperate library for every department and one large common library for all.

Hostel Facilities

I have opted for hostel its 4 seater. The mess room washroom are quite maintained and clean. We have general store and park gym area TV room study room also. Rooms and washrooms are clean twice a day.

Hostel Fee: INR 840000 per year

The students of final year are eligible for the campus placement, all the local and outside companies hire the student and provide them a good package which can be more than 400000 annual. 70% students got placement after study. My plan after is study to start independent practice

Chandigarh University - A Great College Experience

Placement Experience:

In our college student become elgible for placement from 9th semester onwards i.e the second last semester. Many law firms and private companies and banks visit our colege like HDFC bank,HCL and many private firms and offers range from 4LPA to 6LPA. The highest package offered in our department was of 21LPA and average package is 3.5-4LPA. About 50-60% students get campus placements and rest opt for private consultation on out of campus interviews for better oppurtunities. Otherwise CU give gives guarantee they can get 100% placemn=ent of they go through TPA i.e the placement department After getting the degree I aspire to join law firm in my own family and work under the.

A real review of lpu law school

Placement Experience:

Lpu has a good record of placement but they can't compete nlu's placements. Fifth year student is eligible for placements here. L&L partner & Azb Partners visited this campus for placements. The highest package is 10 lakh and average is 4 lakh. My plans after degree is to join a law firm

Good for studies but 75% attendance is mandatory.

Remarks:

I went for taking my character certificate which is required while enroll in Bar council of India. The principal and two other teachers were gossiping so I had to wait for 3 hours to get their sign.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
