Remarks

The reason I choose this university because I heard they have a very good MCA programme, good placement opportunities and it's a well known institute with universal recognition. There are ample amount of opportunities given to the students in the form of seminars, workshops, events. I chose the MCA programme to better my technical skills.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is regularly updated with respect to what the industry wants. The students are given industrial exposure in the last semesters in the form of internships and placements. The faculties are very good and skilled in their respective fields.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Many top notch companies visit the campus every year for placements. Almost 99% students are places every year. The placement department ensures all good companies come and offer good jobs for the students.

College Events

Campus life is pretty exciting. Each month there is an event that takes place from each department in the college. The cultural and technical fests always last two-three days with ample amounts of events for students to participate all day and music event in the evening. These events always include stars who come to promote their films or entertain the crowds.

Equipment in labs are up to date, strong WiFi, library includes books from all fields and the building is fully air conditioned. Not sure about sports facilities because I haven't checked them out. Classrooms are huge and can accommodate 60-70 students. Each classroom has a smart TV on which the faculty teaches.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester we are eligible for campus placement for masters degree and for engineering we are eligible from 5th semester. Total there are 50 to 60 companies visited on campus and something arround 200 to 300 offers were given. Average package is 4LPA and highest package is 20 to 30LPA and profiles were Analyst, Software developer etc.

Placement Experience:

Placement are kinda say moderate and not so good here at MET Nashik in MCA but for Engineering and MBA placement are super good. Average pakage for MCA would be around 2.5 lpa and highest will be around 6 lpa. Around 60% students gets placed. Campus placement starts from 3 sem of MCA.

Remarks:

I realized how lucky I am; to be a part of IMRD Shirpur, when I put my foot in the industry. Remarks:

The college gives you exposure to many subjects which is very useful and trains students with real-life case studies. The college has a good number of visiting faculty who is expert in their respective subject and the faculty who are working in big companies adds a lot of value, as they share their experiences from the corporate world.

Admission process is merit based , based on the NMIMSCET for engineering students , The branch allotment and upgradation is again merit based during orientation.
