Remarks
It's an all-Girls A grade institution. Better for arts than science field. B.sc is not a very good course so you are better off choosing something else. Ended up here in Sophia's due to some mistakes in my enrollment form and managed to get in by management quota. Good atmosphere, lovely gardens, great view, reputed.
Course Curriculum Overview
The arts students have very good faculties. The science students have enough for themselves too (but not as much). The library, gym, lovely garden, canteen, Xerox shops and the dosa wala outside the college are the better places to be at. They also have an auditorium and multipurpose hall. The science students get their samples from the campus itself (hibiscus flowers, etc.) There are two computer rooms.
Placement Experience
Ask the art students. They have better answers. B.sc course has very little scope and I am trying to change my field. The microbiology students have it better. Sigh. I'm kinda envious. Oh well.
College Events
Campus life was easygoing. A lot of events were held by the arts section. Many theatre plays are also performed in the auditorium. The most prominent even will be the Kaleidoscope which is held every year. It was also featured in newspapers.
Campus Life
There is a gymkhana (which FYJC students have to compulsorily attend), no wi-fi, a moderately sized library, a few microbiology labs, etc. It has all you need. There is a basketball court too. Classrooms are large but I think they look like the prayer rooms in chapels.
