Remarks

This is one of the best law colleges in India. Recently it has been ranked 3rd best law school of India by. The best things about this college is, good mooting culture, amazing placements, good infrastructure, quality teaching etc. the city Bhopal is one of the best places to live in india. And the university is situated in a very green area near hills and dam. I was alloted this college on the basis of my rank in Common law addmission test.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Curse curriculum was holistic and updated and contemporary relevant. The classroom teaching was really engaging and enriching. Facilities put their best efforts and students reciprocate the same. Some good teachers are Sanjay Yadav, Debashree Sarkar, Ghayur Alam.

Internships Opportunities

I have done around 10-12 internships. Which includes 4-5 interships in tier law firm. I got placed at day zero in one tier one law firm the name I would not like to disclose.

Placement Experience

4.5

The interships start from first year itself. Placements start from 3rd years onwards. Some students secure offers by working excellently during their internships. There is a placement cell in university which works day in day out to help students. Teir 1 law firms are the biggest recruiters. Day zero happens in the last month of 4th year. Many law firms come for interview. Placements percent is really good. After the day zero in 4th many students keep getting placed on the basis of rolling placements. Which means many banks, law firms, companies keep coming during the 5th year. Many students opt for govt jobs and judiciary and UPSC. Success rate is really good.

College Events

5

Campus Life is extremely satisfying. Giving you enough opportunity to learn, play, make freinds and enjoy everything to the fullest. There are many co-curricular and extra curricular activities which take place at campus and students from different universities come to participate. There are moot court competitions, annual fest, virudhka (sports fest), debate competitions, defferent seminars etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan is available and college has tie up with many banks for that purpose. And scholarship is given some students on need basis. The criteria for that is set by state government and Central government.

Campus Life

5

The campus has a huge sports complex which includes gym also. It has a two acadmic blocks. One convocation center. One auditorium. Two builds which belong to admin dept. It has extremely rich library which is called as Gyaan Mandir.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel rooms are big enough. In first and second year two students have to share a room but this policy has changed because of COVID-19. Then in 3rd to 5th year you get your own rooms. They are spacious enough. The hostel is cleaned daily and hygiene is well maintained. Washroom are daily cleaned. There are enough source of entertainment in common room. There is a 24*7 available ambulance. Warden is available even at 3 AM.

Placement Experience:

Placement depends upon the course which you have opted As if you are any technical or professional course like Btech , B Pharma , BSc Nusring , BSc Agriculture, Polytechnic, BBA , BCA etc initially they will suggest you for doing internship from mid of the course and after 75% of completing the course they will help you for placement There is placement cell in our university who works very actively and helps all students for better placement and package Companies like Wipro Tata Tech Mahindra etc come for campus selection The average package is 4 lac students get 80 to 90 percent students get placed As I'm pursuing law I will go for higher studies like LLM or for preparation of Judicial Exam Or I can start my own practice after completing BALLB.

The library complex at NLIU is gigantic with more books than any other library in any other national law school. Additionally the seating area for the library spans three floors and over 200 students can use the library at any time.
