Remarks

College is having all kinds of aspects which a student needs. The admission process was held in the college in which we got helped by the teachers in abundance and that's what was a positive vibe towards the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have completed my diploma so that's how I chose to do my graduation in this field. And the staff members from this college are very helpful and always enthusiastic in their work. Exams were tough hut our teachers tough us very well and that's how we face the exams very easily.

Course Fees: INR 113000 per year

Placement Experience

In the 7 sem, the students are eligible for campus placements. It is a very good opportunity for all the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the courses are nominal. And which is affordable for all. As there are many scholarships given to the students and I belong to open category. I received the EBC every year.

Campus Life

Annual fest conducted was very good and enjoyed it a lot. Books are available in the library. We have all the facilities.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
