Remarks

The University offered the best and updated curriculum at reasonable fees. The infrastructure, library, and faculty are the best. Moreover, it is located near my town. The admission process is simple. There is no entrance test to take admission. Now, University is providing an online admission facility as well. I used Collegedunia and Shiksha for selecting this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The Law degree provides ample opportunities to learn and the opportunities are available in almost all fields viz. Armed Forces, Pharma Companies, MNCs, and people are free even to choose private practice. The University provides a Mentorship System in which a group of 20 students has allotted a mentor and the mentor is responsible to resolve all the queries, and problems of the students and maintaining communication with the parents of all those students. All faculty members are highly qualified. Most of them have either completed or pursued a Doctorate degrees. All the faculty members are humble in nature and supportive of the student. Term exams are generally after a span of 4-5 months and 2 times in a year and can easily be passed after doing the regular study.

Internships Opportunities

4

The Department provides internship opportunities to the students. Last year, the Department offered an Internship in District Legal Services Authority, Ambala under the guidance of learned CJM sir. It provides a wide range of experiences and visits to Central Jail, old age home, Juvenile Home, Protection Centre, etc. There is no stipend available. This internship helps the students to learn and understand the working of the Courts, Police stations, and their allied institutions.

Placement Experience

3

Currently, there is no campus placement available, but the department is trying to make collaborations with law firms and MNCs to place students. After this degree, I want to pursue higher studies i.e. L.L.M.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the University is reasonable as well as affordable in nature. There is an increment of 7% in tuition fees every year. Remaining all other charges remain constant. University provides scholarships on Merit-cum-Means basis. I receive a fee exemption of Rs. 8,000 in the first year only. After that, I didn't receive any scholarship or Financial Assistance from University.

Campus Life

4.5

University organizes an Annual youth fest- UNIVERSUM in which students across India participated in it. There is a lot of competition ranging from Quiz Competition, Robo fighting, Singing, Paper Cable Making, etc. One of the most favorable things about this fest is that the student is required to pay registration fees of Rs. 500 for one time and he can participate in any number of events. University provides a wide range of books and journals in the library and if there is a specific requirement mentioned by the student, the University also arranges the same. There is also an Intra University fest organized by University - AMMUNITION which provides an opportunity for the students to compete with each other. There are various sports facilities available and competitions are being organized from time to time for the students.

For BBA.LLB course no batch has yet graduated, and the first batch to graduate is in their last academic year. We are expecting placements to start early this year, and after the graduation of our final batch, we will get a fair idea about the packages to be offered. Although IIM already has well-established placement records for other courses, it is expected to be the same for the law course

i think the students become eligible for placements from the 13th term. our first batch hasn't graduated yet. they are due to graduate in 2026. but certain law firms which have visited our college and have offered internships to our students are Khaitan & Co., Luthra, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, IndusLaw. Honestly, I have not decided yet what career i would want to pursue but yes, having a campus placement in hand definitely gives a sense of security. I may pursue an LLM after this or may enter into litigation.
