One of the better colleges in Mumbai, it offers a wide range of facilities and opportunities. It had a wide campus and sports facilities. The college library had a large number of books.
Course Curriculum Overview
Information Technology or Computer Science is one of the most sought-out courses to pursue in engineering. Teaching faculties are well qualified and very helpful. They use both digital and non-digital means to invoke interest among students.
Internships Opportunities
During term breaks, students are offered internships. Some of them also have a stipend. It helps a student to get used to the work environment and take part in real-world projects.
Placement Experience
With about almost 100% of placements students are offered a lot of placement on-campus opportunities. The average package ranges from about 4-6 lakhs. Even if a student wants to pursue higher education after graduation, professors guide us well.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees are about 1.35 lakhs. It's in range with other colleges fees. There are various scholarships offered by Somaiya Trust and also by DTE. During term-break, we are provided with many internship opportunities some of them paid.
Campus Life
Two fests are conducted every year, tech fests and cultural fests. Students actively take part in them. The library has a vast number of books including novels and other literature books. We also have access to other Somaiya libraries. There are a lot of clubs and committees for students to take part in.
