Course Curriculum Overview
Yes, it was reliant and fair as expected. More importance is given to research activities. It's more like practical oriented teaching. It's been almost few years I have been studying in the college and I have felt very happy for choosing this college.
Placement Experience
Even though I was just a 1st year student. I beleive that my college brings vast opportunities for us. As our profession is more related to service, we would be routinely going for medical camps and other private labs and hospitals on internship program.
College Events
We have Annuals, Pre - Annuals and Sports Fest every year for sure. Many other guest lectures, motivational programs are conducted now and then. The most exciting part ? is with the sports fest held in our college. All the 5 year batches would participate and we have an inter batch group activities and individual competitions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Coming to the fee structure. It's like according to merit. When we undergo counselling procedure conducted by the University, the fee structure is divided into three category A, B and C categories according to the rank obtained by the student in the entrance examination. Yes, the college is very transparent in fee related activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I haven't enrolled for any scholarship. Though the university and the state and central governments provide scholarships to economically and socially backward Students.
Campus Life
Gender ratio = Female : Male is around 126:74, and the college regularly conducts Workshops where many internationaly and nationally renown doctors would attend and give us a glimpse of their experience. We don't believe much in race and religion being knowledged that there is no scope of racism in an educational institution.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, My seniors help me in coping with stress and help me get through the exams. They provide knowledge about important aspects in an exam and curriculum. And prove clinical knowledge.
Admission
I was interested in Medical Sciences. So, I have attempted NEET exam and I got a seat in NRIMC under Merit through NTRUHS Counseling. I first attempted NEET exam. I have qualified under unreserved Category. After the results were announced NTRUHS have called for a counselling and I was alloted seat in NRIMC, Mangalagiri.
Faculty
The faculty in our college are excellent in expertise. Their experience is the main thing which is very helpful to us. We have three main subjects in our first year. Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry. Each department has a team of professors, assistant professors and tutors. The average age would be around 40-50 years and most of them are qualified doctors. Tutors who were from different courses guide us through our path.
