Remarks
It's a good college indeed any bad remarks is that it's faculty as I studied when the college was new but it improved as it went under a transition phase for a while.
Course Curriculum Overview
In that 4 years we had about 12 industrial visits and many research activities carried on overall a fair experience with the college. the placement in our is the best among other as it tries hard to place the students in core field. Most of my colleagues are well paid in core industries now.
Placement Experience
IBM, Powertech group of companies, Wipro, Rane India, Tech Mahindra etc they provide 100% placement.
College Events
Takshashila and each and every department has its own symposium events and takshashila is a cultural as well as technical event where as symposium are Purely technical which is an intercollege competition where all colleges exhibit their competitiveness.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible and not expensive mechatronics is a very sophesicated course but the cost for this here in this college is feasible as compared to other colleges. Yes I paid additional charge that is for I'll classes which is around 35k and that is also reasonable.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I haven't applied for any loan as I got seat via Anna University fees was in consideration limit as I doesn't had the need to avail any loan.
Campus Life
Dorm parties is not allowed, workshops we have for all departments, generally we had many North Indian and Telugu speaking community mingled with Tamil community. No racisim, Religion is not important as our college is concerned, politics is there but it is limited to faculty.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, but the problem is we were the third batch to get passed out of the college but now they have well distinguished alumunus.
Admission
This is the best upcoming colleges in chennai. Mechatronics is one of the rare courses in Chennai and the best place for it is Chennai institute of technology. Plus you have many more robotics classes classified via interactive learning sessions any many more.
Faculty
10 lectures with one hod average age around 40 and everybody has completed ME with hod should have PhD. Not all some have industrial training certificate and others are well qualified personnel. no doubt about their quality as they are well trained.
