- I like the faculty ettappan hw was very good at teaching and clearing doubts any time
- Students who have good score in +12 are provided with scholarship.
- The college conducts a grand event named 'takshashila' which is an excellent cultural program where students are made to showcase their talents and skills.

- Public Transport is very worst and it is not easy to reach campus through public transport since it is located in a remote place
- Bus fees is compulsary and the charges are same for all distance students.

- In this college they have been collaborative with many other companies because of this they provide internships for the students by these I am benefited they have sent students to core companies to the knowledge and do projects also.
- They have facilities like centre of excellence in very fields like robotics CNC and automation . This helped many students to gain knowledge on that fields.
- Our college staff most of them are PhD graduates they also guides students to do research paper in various fields.
Dislikes
- This college located in rural area so it is difficult to travel to the college

Placement Experience:
The students have been eligible for placements from 6th semester itself. There is a placement training is available ,students have get trained by the professionals to do well in the interviews. For mechanical engineering there are about more than 40 companies visited in our colleges I got selected 1 company for a package of 4 lpa highest package for mechanical engineering stand lpa the average package is 4 lpa. They have a 100% of students placed in companies

- Some times the mess food will be good but not all time
- They need to give more opportunities for the juniors enrole in events

Campus placement starts from 6th semester and various Big companies will come and pick top coders and provide better opportunity for students and provide opportunities for every student to get place and day provide 100% support

Placements are very good and the highest package this year was 52lpa in cse. Core departments get slightly less offers but it is still very good compared to other colleges. Higher education training is also very good

Placement team is working hard to improve the placements every year and the training for that are being given from third year and mostly 90+ % of the students get placed in the third year itself probably in their 5th ot 6th semester itself

- College campus is very far, almost at the border of Kancheepuram
- If you are someone who doesn’t believe in the concept of exams, then this college won’t suit you
- Somewhat a pressurized environment, giving first preference to academic marks

Cit prepares the student to appear for placement right after their third year, they also have a placement team which focuses on this particular matter. There are many companies that appear for recruiting, tech mahindra, saint gibain etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Vlsi design course was recommended to me by my uncle.. my knowledge about this course is very simple its about chips and circuit designing. Course should more focus on the dsd and semiconductors subject rather than maths, physics from 2year

- Transports were outdated, improved during last year only
- High fees for private quota and lateral entry students
- Jobs not related to fields and if placed , mostly in IT only.
Placement Experience:
The placements were offered to students once they finished their fifth semester. The highest package for our department was from Zifo technology with a package amount of 5 lakhs per annum . The number of companies visited to our department was only 12. The average package was 3 lakhs per annum. Percentage of students getting placements was only 85 percent.

- The communication and socializing between girls and boys are easy here.
- Campus life is vey lively, especially to those who joined a club
- Faculties are well skilled, and very understanding, They will always help clarify the doubts.
Dislikes
- The campus Size is comparatively smaller compared to other famous engineering colleges. Though they are constructing a new block, so hopefully it gets better.
- The seats are simple, metallic one, connected to each other. For tall people, this is a disadvantage.
Placement Experience:
In chennai institute of technology, espially for Computer science engineering, Placements are top notch. Since the chennai institute of technology have many industrial connections, They will offer jobs for those with requisite skills, and ample knowledge.
in 3rd year, they will train you in placement training, so that you would be knowledged and skilled when attending an interview.
