My life in college

Likes

In this college they have been collaborative with many other companies because of this they provide internships for the students by these I am benefited they have sent students to core companies to the knowledge and do projects also.
They have facilities like centre of excellence in very fields like robotics CNC and automation . This helped many students to gain knowledge on that fields.
Our college staff most of them are PhD graduates they also guides students to do research paper in various fields.

Dislikes

This college located in rural area so it is difficult to travel to the college

Initially I applied for rajalakshmi engineering College and karpagam engineering college in Chennai I got selected in karpagam engineering College but then I request that college because of the low placements then I join in this college. The admission process in this college is like initially I visit at the college the professor in that college give me a tour of the college. They showcase is about their centre of excellence then they placements ,fee structure. It's satisfice me so I played for this college then I got your scholarship for this college for 40000 if you have a cut off above 180 you can join this college

College environment is very to study in the campus
College teachers are not teachers they are god to lift us
More support for learning coding by the free platforms

Dislikes

Some times the mess food will be good but not all time
They need to give more opportunities for the juniors enrole in events
Need to give physical education too ,so the students can make there fitness

Admission:

Only thing I had part of CIT is to place in the high salary companies,in order to college here the placement training will well and good.and they had achieved more number of students for higher package

Crowd management and average food in hostels
I have to take print outs of handwritten notes it takes more money
Nothing specific to tell and I like the way the cur

I applied SRM University VIT University and many more colleges in Tamilnadu but I choose this college because of they provide better placement among tv forother University in Chennai and provides better COE

Education system in the college as given more importance for placements
College campus is not very big but spacious
Faculties are very good and helpful in studies

Feels more like school education than college
No free time to visit places inside the campus
College life is very monotonous and boring

Likes

I like the labs present in the college with better facilities including high speed wifi
I like the Placement coaching given to the students
Then to develop skills they will provide enough time to learn and develop the required skills

Dislikes

I dont like the hostel food and it will be not that tasty
I dont like the mess which will be crownded when i go at any time
I dont like the classrooms which are not that good

Admission:

When saw the colleges for my cutoff range which is applicable i saw this college has provided highest salary packages and infrastructure was better in this college I preferred for SSN college which had better facilities than this college but my cutoff wasnt enough to get into that college

Life at CIT

Likes

Many lab facilities for working even after college hours
Friendly lab staffs and help you to incubate ideas
Overall a very good college for improving your skillset

Dislikes

College campus is very far, almost at the border of Kancheepuram
If you are someone who doesn’t believe in the concept of exams, then this college won’t suit you
Somewhat a pressurized environment, giving first preference to academic marks

Admission:

I scored a cutoff of 153.5 and the college availabe through government quota for me was RIT, SVCE, REC but since they dont provide much importance to core subjects, I was in a lookout for a college which provided good quality education even for the core branches so I opted CIT

Good and Beautiful college

Likes

Good faculty members for learning and placements
Good transportation facilities for all students
Good job opportunities and placements for all students.

Dislikes

Transports were outdated, improved during last year only
High fees for private quota and lateral entry students
Jobs not related to fields and if placed , mostly in IT only.

Admission:

I chose only this college during the admission process. I chose only this because of good job opportunities and placements prospects. The admission was only through JEE and the cutoff depends the various other departments you choose

Chennai Institute of Technology- Pros and Cons

Likes

The communication and socializing between girls and boys are easy here.
Campus life is vey lively, especially to those who joined a club
Faculties are well skilled, and very understanding, They will always help clarify the doubts.

Dislikes

The campus Size is comparatively smaller compared to other famous engineering colleges. Though they are constructing a new block, so hopefully it gets better.
The seats are simple, metallic one, connected to each other. For tall people, this is a disadvantage.

Admission:

Looking at the list of colleges that i was able to afford and eligble in my academic performances, There are few colleges that have been shortlisted. On reviewing each and every colleges, CIT had the most positive reviews, especially in terms of placement and internships.
