Course Curriculum Overview
The college has a good reputation. But according to me i think this college is not as per the mark. GGDSD college is the best college for Haryana and punjabi students as it is near to there home town but if compared to the colleges of delhi university this college is so much over-rated
Placement Experience
I had not directly intracted with the placement cell of the college due to my prior decision of joining my family business. But as i get to know about it, it has very good placement cell which offers good career options to students. Infact i think the placement of ggdsd college is best in the region.
College Events
The college timely organises fests and events. It organise 7days fest in month of March in which each department is alloted a different day. And at last day a combined fest of whole college. The fest is been organised at a big level in which many singers join.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is very much feasible for every department. The admission is offered purely on merit basis hence no extra charges for reserving the seat. The fees structure is very nominal as for BBA course 1 year fees is 30-35k and for bsc its 40k approx.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had not opted for any scholarship in the college. I also think there is no scholarship been offered in the college.
Campus Life
The college has good campus and the students are also standardized. The college has friendly environment. The college has a students union to help students. The college union is elected by college elections. College attract students from Punjab, Harayana and Himachal pradesh.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors of the college are only helpful at the time of election in the college. Nobody cares once the elections are over.
Admission
GGDSD college chandigarh has a good reputation in commerce, science and humanity courses. It is well reputed institutional in north region which had good records. So its every Punjab region students dream to go to this college. So i decided to choose this college for my graduation
Faculty
The college has a mix of permanent and temporary staff to give a mix of experience and young talent to students. The college had senior teachers with good experience for students and also have young new staff members to give students a friendly atmosphere and also to understand students problem.
