OK college

Being a govt college Its weightage in resume matters but Lack of faculty and extra efforts by college is absent for student welfare being a govt college no such facilites are there for students like free wifi campus Job fair arranged in college Pool campus or extracurricular activities for student welgare the main problem is with faculty as the platform is very good for students as being a govt institute it offers low fees structure compared to Private Intitutes a weightage In degree by its name of HBTI.

In UPSEE (uttar pradesh state entrance exam)Test i have got 60% marks and 380 General Rankand the cut off for general category was 80-450 Generalas it was a semi government college and Its premises was in the HBTI Campus a well known Btech institute est in 1929 that divert my mind towards this institue as it was on the name of a well known Britsher Harcourt Butler.

The course was good but not awesome as In UPTU, MBA course does not provide such carrier opportunities to children college faculty was not good at all guest faculties are appointed due to lack of experienced faculties computer Labs are there for students but due to Low network speed i will not helpful library is outdated but a good place for study as it was the only place to study where A.C. are there and no distractions like Noise and disturbance german. And french courses are offered by college at additional fees personality developement classes are organised but only a few lectures are there to avail maximum benifits because due to unavailabilty of faculty PD classes are cancelled.

Not to good not too Badit was as normal as any other private institute due to lack of guidance and inexperienced faculty the efforts was worthless few students were go for internship via college as the placement cell arrange 10-20 vacancies for internship rest of 100 students arrange for self.

None companies were came during whole year placement cell arrange Job fair in any other instituteson refernce of placement cell students go for walkin and interviews but only few vacancies are there for students self efforts and own refernce & jack let students for better job and opportunities my batch mates are places at ITC gurgaon at 3.6 lakh per annumTIMES at 3.80 per annum.

Odd sem college fest named udhbhav was college eventcultural literary & sports events are held during 3 days schedule even sem mega event renessaince was organised and managed by sponsers colleges are invited for participation marathon was organised many sports events organised DJ night also there for refreshment and enjoyment at last dayevent was of 3-4 days.

I dont heard in my 2 year at there about loan facilityScholarship are rewarded to students by UP governmentSC/ST students get discount in fees.

As being a student of this institute I seriously not recommend anyone to take addmission therejust because of the faculty and director no such activities are there for student welfareonly german and french courses are offered to student but at very higher cost and lack of exp. faculty that was not worth it.

No hostel facilty for STEP-HBTINO mess only a private canteen is there for student in the premises private hostels are near the campus and private mess available at quite cheap rate being honest the rent and food was cheaper than any other city in IndiaStudent with 4k rupees can manage room rent and mess for a month but everything you offered is private not a part of college.

Being a ragging free campus no such nusiance was held in campus but in private hostels and room senior do take ragging and Insult Juniors I was one of the victim of my senior's abusing publically and ragging at hostel room but now things are quite changed as complaints are continuosly increased now there is some how relief for my juniors that senior was under pressure by college management.
