Remarks

As per college is very good. because of students only. Toppers are coming here.In UP it is the best college through UPTU entrance for placement.

Entrance Preview

I have given UPSEE (STATE ENTRANCE EXAM), I got 850 rank, I opt for H.B.T.I KANPUR because it is the best college in U.P.

Internships Opportunities

College internship facility is poor only topper got the internship from college with minimum stipend only in india, other students have to arrange by themselves.

Placement Experience

Placement is about 85%. You got the the placement in average companies with pakage of about 3-4 lacs. For better placement u have to work very hard.

College Events

There are many technical events of different branches at state level competition is very high. Cultural events are also there. There is one annual sports meet.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is not high as it is government college. About 50k per year tution fees and about 10k hostel fees per year and about 1500 mess fees per month. This would be same for the four years.

Yes scholarships are there for top 3 students of class of about 2000 per month. Loan facility is not there.

Campus is very good all the facilities to be managed by students only. There are many technical events and cultural events. Labs conditions are not good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good, Internet facilities are there 24 hrs electricity. Rooms are good. Mess is cooperative type managed by students so quality is good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini network is very strong. Since college is from 1921 so a lot of aluminos are in very good companies at very good post.During placement of college they helped the college in placement.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is good as it is autonomous so u have to focus on the classroom studies. Try to attend the classroom maximum so that no n problems in exams.

From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies visit the university including tcs, wipro, Accenture, Harman, Amdocs and they give on average of 4-5LPA. The highest packet would be arounf 35-40LPA and it was off campus. around 70 percent of the students get placed. I am working now

Reasonable Fees and best studies overall a good college

Placement Experience:

the placements are quite good based on students skills and knowledge. from the 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placements the companies like Autodesk,Trilogy,Webcool, and many more companies with average offers of 28LPA to 35LPA. this year average package is around 6-7LPA. the placements percentage varies per year but on average it is 60-70%

KNIT SULTANPUR IS A GOOD COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement after 6 th semester and at the starting of 6 semester students start getting ppo i.e pre placement offers and other things . This year many companies have visited here like wipro,hcl,etc and the average package is 8 lpa and percentage of students placed are 15 to 20 percent.

All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More
