Remarks

The college has maintained hygiene. The overall infrastructure is nice, especially the food provided is very good. All classrooms are neat, tidy and well maintained. Teaching faculty is quite good. Only the thing is the fees are very high. Everything is organized and disciplined.

Course Curriculum Overview

Best teachers are available. There is 2 unit test per semester. The way exams conducted are difficult but if you have concentrated on the teacher's lecture you would surely pass the examinations. There is a weekly test as well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

Good placement is their. 90% of the students get placement. From 2nd year itself, students can apply for part-time internships.

Fees and Financial Aid

120000/- Overall fees. There is bus services availability. These consist of fees as well.

Campus Life

The best infrastructure you can get along with cleanliness and hygiene. The college has its own pharmacy and the nature is beautiful canteen is too good.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. I chose this college because of the course - AiMl. Not much colleges were offering this branch and also this college had a lower bracket of percentile too.
