Entrance Preview

I got the admission based on the percentage which i scored in 12 the standard. I always had interest in knowing what exactly the electronics is. So I opted for Electronics and Telecommunication. I took admission in 1998 for first year, that time interview process was not there. Based on percentage and percentile they will call you, fill the required form and complete the process.

Internships Opportunities

There were no companies offered college internship. It was individual who has to decide how he or she wants to do his project either in some companies or in college. If it is in company individual has to find and follow with the company to get entry for internship.

Placement Experience

3.5

Many comapnies like TCS, IBM, Infosys, Patni Computers , Siemens, L&T, CMC, Wipro, Cognizant etc came for campus. As I remembered the average salary offered was around 3.5 lack to the fresher.

College Events

3

There were many events were happening. Only our college students used to participate. It was open for all to attain the programs .Sports events, Annual Fest including cultural events, stalls, Games. Personal Improvement Programs, Farewell programs, Fresher programs etc. Third year college tour was planned for individual classes.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was feasible compared to private colleges. It was not much when I studied. We had to pay one time per year at the start of the year. I remember it was around 10,000 per year that time. The fees applicable was displayed on notice board for the students. late fee was also applicable.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I remember, the college provides Scholarship to the SC/OBC/VJNT/OBC students. It also provides various State and Government Scholarships.

Campus Life

4

The college has very big campus. College campus is spread over 114 acres of land. There are different buildings for each branch. Hostel is also in the campus. Anyone can go by walk to the college.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was yearly basis. Regular test has been taken by lectures and teaching is strictly based on to develop the concepts. Sometimes surprise Test was also happening.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty were quite experienced. Had good understanding of subjects. They always supported in case of any clarification. Faculty was motivating the students.
