Course Curriculum Overview

The full-time M.sc course which the college provides for 2 years in various fields of Biochemistry, Applied Biology and Life Science. It covers all the aspects of the field. There are various short test which happen during the year and a final exam which happens at the end of the year.

Placement Experience

I was placed on the campus itself once I completed my degree. They had a research program that was of interest. The pay scale which the offered me was also good. Many of my batch mates were placed in different places and got good opportunities to excel in the field of their interest

Fee Structure And Facilities

M.sc course has a fee of RS.15000 per year. The fees include all the extra fees which are taken during the course. No additional charges are charged on the fees. Been a government institute the fees are very minimal and affordable.

Campus Life

The campus provides the best facilities which any student would need to complete their graduation. Many interactive session happen in the year which are not charged any fees. All the sessions are very informative. With the help of training sessions they help us to grow many skills.

Admission

I pursued my graduation in B.sc and then I did my M.Sc from the institute. To get admission to the institute I had to fill an online application and had to give a 120 minutes test which includes MCQ’s format. After the test there is a list of shortlisted students that is displayed on the official website. I cleared the personal interview and confirmed the admission.

Faculty

The best set of experience faculty has taught us. They made the whole course so fun and interactive. Each session which they took helped us to get more information about the subject. They made us develop many skills that would help us to be ready to face various challenges in the future.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the GIPE are decent. This year the highest package offered was 18 lakhs per annum by Deloitte and IDFC FIRST Bank. Although the placements are not 100% but it's around 60%. Students need to work hard and score well in aptitude test and they should start the preparation from the second semester onwards so that they can easily manage their end semester exams as well as the aptitude test. The average placement package is around 8-9 lakhs. My plan is to get a corporate job and gain some experience and exposure in the corporate world and learn how the things actually work. Many companies that come to the college are looking for data analytics role. The ratio of the companies looking for consultant, risk analyst is less based on market demand and other circumstances.
