Remarks

My college is awesome. It’s a big campus of 100 acres. You can enjoy a lot. There is also a chance to spoil your career by getting addicted to weed. So be careful and do friendship with good set of people.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The courses that we had in the curriculum were awesome. I got to learn a lot of stuff. The exam structure was chill. Each semester lasts for 4 months and we had mids after 2 months and end semester after the remaining 2 months.

Placement Experience

5

Placement session was hectic for some folks. But in the end almost everyone got placed. There are some good companies who pay pretty good amount of money like Microsoft, Amazon, Myntra and codenation. Some companies also recruit interns and also pay stipend. Microsoft pays stipend of 85k per month.

College Events

4

My college is well known for the fests mostly in the even semester. In even semester there used to be number of fests. The important technical fest is Innovision where workshops will be there along with fun events. Cultural fest name is multi-ethnic. It is four day long fest each day one of the four zones southern, eastern, western and northern people wear their regional style dresses and performs on the stage.

Fees and Financial Aid

FFE is the scholarship that I applied for. I got 1 lakh per year as the scholarship which helped me to pay the fee. You need to apply for that in the first year. You will be assigned one facilitator who will review your father's income and all your documents.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni and seniors were always helpful to me. They helped me in the exam preparation. They also gave me proper career guidance. Seniors were very friendly, we used to play, chit chat together. They used to give the text books also.

Admission

I cracked the JEE mains exam and attended the counselling process where I had to select the choices of departments and colleges. There were 5 rounds and in each round one choice will be allocated to you which you can finalize or you can go to the next round.

Faculty

3

Faculty was not that bad. Many professors were talented but couldn’t explain properly to the students. But there were resources to the students to learn and become pro in whatever they were interested.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.
