Remarks

Some positive, as well as negative remarks for college, are there for students. Positive remarks are that college is very keen towards students and negative remarks if students od college is that college is more costly.

Course Curriculum Overview

Semester-wise exam with appropriate knowledge of five subjects. Subject names are as follows chemistry, botany, zoology, Marathi, English. Semester contains fifty marks paper each. The passing percentage is twenty marks.

Placement Experience

Job opportunities and placements are very frequent with campus selections. Companies like TCS, Garware, Skoda, NRB bearings come for campus selections of students at the end of the third year. The stipend for an internship is around 3000 rupees.

College Events

Events are not that of big level but instead very interesting and small. Technical events of robicaos are held here and cultural events of festivals such as gudhipadwa, Makar Sankranti, shiv Jayanti, and Gandhi Jayanti.

Fees and Financial Aid

The facility is available to students of lower grades of income for scholarships and incentives. For that students need to fill up the form of scholarship. Need to disclose bank details of a student enrolled in it. The facility of loan is given to students.

Admission

I was keen on science subject till 12th grade which made me feel like choosing this stream of study. A keen interest in the subject made me feel like to get good marks in this subject. I was supposed to be a part of this stream as I like this subject thoroughly.

Faculty

The faculty of my colleagues are well educated with a mastered degrees. They enjoyed teaching students. Also, they are very disciplined towards their work. They are the best motivator for students. We love our faculty.

Placement Experience:

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

While searching on internet I got to know about this course that's where I earned interest for this course that made choose this course. The practical knowledge shared by the faculty at their best helps for real life applications but still practical knowledge is gained beyond college course pattern which can be gain in internships. By providing more practical knowledge beyond the theory part of the course may help students greatly by learning real life experiences. Exams are usually held by morning at the college timing (9:30 am).

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. There are campus placements but my seniors are yet to get placed. Since we are secknd batch of data science we don't know much about how is the placement for data science students. There are good placements for bms students. I will be doing master after this degree and won't opt for placements.

I chose this course because of the teachers who teach that. I had my siblings telling me that they love the way their teachers taught them. They make it so easy to understand and give you so much advice to grow and have great success. Also, this college is just a treasure of other curriculum activities. Once you got to know that they held those kinda functions over these years you can't resist and will participate in those functions.
