I love my college. Excellent Infrastructure though its located into rural areas of Maharashtra + Safe & Pleasant Hostel facility and most importantly the cooperation & mentoring from the teachers. The admission process is much simplified. I have enrolled in RIT in June 1998 in Merit Category. In 1998 there were only 2 Engineering colleges in Maharashtra that were offering a Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering. One is RIT & the other one is in Mumbai. Also, my elder cousin has done BE Automobile from RIT a year before my admission. His recommendation was very positive. No much due diligence is done for preferring the college and course because of my conviction.
Internships Opportunities
Kirloskar Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Etc. Many Alumni are helping college and students so that they can be future-ready for Startup Opportunities.
Placement Experience
Campus opportunities for students are improving. Also most importantly, colleges want to produce Entrepreneurs and hence initiated many programs like "Netra". I am personally interested in helping in that special regard.
Fees and Financial Aid
The quality of literature, faculty is excellent. For the first 3 years, I have paid only Rs. 4000 per year and Rs. 10000 in the final year. The department HOD (that times, now he is Dean), Mr. SM Sawant Sir motivated me for participating in National Level Paper Presentation thrice during my Engineering studies.
Campus Life
Excellent collection of books, novels, periodicals, papers in the college. Very useful.Also powerful Alumni portal of the college. Its been 18 years for me being passed out, but still in healthy touch with all the faculties of Automobile Engineering and some of the students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infra is excellent - Gym Facility, Reading Room, supportive staff, hot water, and an ample number of restrooms. There are 4 different buildings for a hostel - One exclusive for First-Year Students.
