Remarks

There’s nothing negative that comes to my mind talking of Chandigarh University. It’s another heaven on Earth. The beautiful campus with lush trees and colorful flowers. The granary all around makes the place all the more attractive. Air-conditioned classes, an excellent lecturer, and an amazing batch are what I got here in CU. Overall I love the place a lot. It’s my second home. Cleanliness is well taken care of and also the food in the canteen. totally hygienic n yummy.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am from a commerce background and taking a look at the scope of bcom+llb. There could be many options for me to pursue so I chose this course. The teachers here are well experienced and mostly Phd so Its an amazing experience learning with them. They are always ready to solve our doubts and problems.

Course Fees: INR 2000000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are nice both in India as well as abroad. If ever I get a chance I would like to go out of India n work there

Fees and Financial Aid

Everything is affordable when you get an admission on a merit basis

Campus Life

The campus is very nice. It has space for sports and activities. The best part is that you are free to join any club and be a part of any activity you prefer. I like dancing and painting a lot. So I joined the club. It gives me an opportunity to explore my talents.

The students of final year are eligible for the campus placement, all the local and outside companies hire the student and provide them a good package which can be more than 400000 annual. 70% students got placement after study. My plan after is study to start independent practice

Chandigarh University - A Great College Experience

Placement Experience:

In our college student become elgible for placement from 9th semester onwards i.e the second last semester. Many law firms and private companies and banks visit our colege like HDFC bank,HCL and many private firms and offers range from 4LPA to 6LPA. The highest package offered in our department was of 21LPA and average package is 3.5-4LPA. About 50-60% students get campus placements and rest opt for private consultation on out of campus interviews for better oppurtunities. Otherwise CU give gives guarantee they can get 100% placemn=ent of they go through TPA i.e the placement department After getting the degree I aspire to join law firm in my own family and work under the.

Placement Experience:

Lpu has a good record of placement but they can't compete nlu's placements. Fifth year student is eligible for placements here. L&L partner & Azb Partners visited this campus for placements. The highest package is 10 lakh and average is 4 lakh. My plans after degree is to join a law firm

Remarks:

Good for studies but 75% attendance is mandatory.

Remarks:

I went for taking my character certificate which is required while enroll in Bar council of India. The principal and two other teachers were gossiping so I had to wait for 3 hours to get their sign.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100. The eligibility of the course if having 70% in your 12th exams. The admission process is easy and anyone can get in this college. The intake is also really high....Read More
