College with good values

Only thing that can be improved is the exam time fees related issues. Making big queues is not good I guess.

ATME is one of the best colleges in Mysore for Engineering. Yes, the course is relevant to what we expect after graduating from college. There are research departments as well. I hope that the knowledge will be enough to make me a better professional. I want to apply all the knowledge that I gather from there.

The placement is fair. So many companies have visited the college and students get placed too. Companies like IBM, HP, DELL, AIRTEL, INFOSYS, WIPRO, L&T etc etc. I'm still in 3rd year so next year I hope I'll get placed in any good company.

Our college celebrates many events and various functions will be held. Every year there is a cultural fest celebrated in our college. Students from different colleges participate. There will be departmental fests and events in the college. The cultural fest will be for atleast one week. Marathon, dancing, singing, and others competitions will be held in the fest.

It's feasible I'd say but as I said earlier I got in the college through scholarship so I don't pay for it. However it's not expensive. Also I don't know much about the fee structure. But I have heard from students that it's not too expensive. They get annual scholarship that cuts the fees almost to half.

The college offers scholarship for students but I don't know about it. I'm getting another scholarship that's PMSSS (Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme) for J&K students. Anyone qualifying 12th can apply for this scholarship.

Campus Life is good I can say. It's outside the city. So no traffic noise and pollution. Surrounding is grean and clean. Campus is well maintained. There are different labs and extracurricular activities held in the college. Talking about the gender ratio, it depends on the course.

No. I'm not staying in hostel. The hostel is expensive for me. But it's also worth it. They provide free transport if staying in hostel. There are two sharing and also three sharing rooms. Anyone can opt for a PG that's average.

Senior students are always helpful. They help everyone and every time. I have so many senior friends who help me always with notes, exam or any other things.

I got through PMSSS. I'm a student from Jammu and Kashmir. We can apply for the Special Scholarship after 12th completion. Just have to register and come in merit list. Then AICTE will allocate a college in student's college choice form. That's all.

The faculty is well qualified and experienced. They not only know about a single subject but other subjects as well. They are friendly with students and treat everyone well. They are always helpfull and are there every time you need them whether it maybe educational related problems or personal problems, they're always there.
