Entrance Preview

In 2005 I seated in the UPSEE examination which was the exam for the State Level Examination for Engineering Colleges. I got the General rank 4244 and OBC rank 900. I was keen to join only government engineering college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very nice. In final year we were free to elect our elective subjects and the teachers helped the most. Due to the availability of the professors for all subjects this was possible.

Internships Opportunities

No. No such thing was present there. As far as my knowledge not a single time I herd of any such type of thing. The only thing that I knew was the placement of the students in the different companies.

Placement Experience

About 60% Students were placed in the college when I was in the placement queue. I was placed in 3 construction companies (though I joined in none of them) .

Fee Structure And Facilities

At my college days total fees was about Rs 40000.00 only, which was normal money for and engineering student.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, Scholarship was given to the students having their family income less than Rs 100000.00/-. The scholarship was about the total Fees and the mess charges can be paid by that.

Campus Life

College campus is really good. Having greeneries every places. Though they were wild but were good fo rthe eyes. A central Canteen, and each hostel having it's own one too. (Deepak Canteen, Kashyap Canteen Waah g Wahh). A gymnasium having all the indoor game facility was there.

Overall College life is good

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is overall Good . The student after passing the 6th semester is eligible for seating in placement drive .The many companies visit in the college like HCL tech , wipro , Infosys ,TCS ,talent serve etc. The highest package was almost 33 lacks and the percentage of students who are placed is approx 75 % . After this degree I would pursue higher degree and do PhD in the field of science.

Affordable college with good placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose BTech because I wanted to explore how real world works with technology and to know the insights of technology. The college mostly provides theoretical knowledge and not the practical knowledge refraining us from more exposure to real world problems. If the course is shifted from theoretical to practical it'll be really helpful. Two exams are conducted per semester, and the difficulty level is moderate.

Placement Experience:

From 6th Semester students are elligible for Campus placements. The Median package is around 4.5 LPA. Some good companies giving students package of around 10 LPA also visit our college whereas some mass recuriter companies like also visit our college are TCS, Infosys, wipro and cognizant. Here, In this College Placement percentage is good and around 80-90% student get placed.

from seventh semester student s becomes available for placements thre are lots of sales company and some tech companaies also that visited in out college there are lots of offers made throught these companies highest package offered was 1.21 crore and average salalry is 4 lakh 60 to 70 percent if students are getting placements through this placement season my future plan is to gather some money through job an srtart my own bussiness.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum gets better from this year as so many changes occur due to college become autonomous Like a better coding platform bought by college for student i.e. CODETANTRA and some subjects of 2nd year introduced in the 1st year like COLD and DSTL , Promoting students to participate in Hackathon by mailing to the students about each and every big or small hackathon . Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .

BIET COLLEGE REVIEW

Our college is ranked among 2 in Uttar Pradesh. I applied for IET Lucknow but I could not get it it had better location than jhansi so I choose it but my rank was not enough good to make it there. BIET JHANSI is a good and affordable aktu govt. College.

I have got low percentile in JEE mains exam that's why I didn't get NIT for graduation. This college is third best govt.college of aktu. Infrastructure and facilities provided by college is also better than some private institute. That's why I opted this college. BIET - A Good College at affordable Cost

I have got a rank of 42398 in jee mains. So I was not able to get core branches in iits or nits. So I applied for upsee counselling and I knew that top 3 colleges of up state engineering colleges are IET ,BIET and KNIT .
