Remarks

It's has been 11 years since this college got opened. The quality of coaching is very good and even interactive faculties provided a very good library along with e-library. College campus is not so large but the infrastructure is good. Includes sports activities and other events. The important thing is it's just like school, they will send text messages to your parents if students bunk the classes. Placement is also good and they will provide the required training for all that. Finally, I would conclude that this college is good is all-round and I also recommend to other to join into this institution.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum and exam structure is almost research-driven and fair. Its role in making us better professional by gaining implementable knowledge for welfare and good cause purpose. Yeah, they also provide industrial knowledge too. We have minimum of two industrial visits per each semester.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement of my college goes very well every year. We get training for our campus selection. They also provide information about various internships available. Infosys, HCL, IBM and many more IT-BT companies come for campus drive. 35-40% of students placed every year from our campus.

College Events

5

We will have annual fest with various other events including cultural, sports. Other than that fest we will be having some other International and National conferences. Even our college conduct technical events like hackathon, quiz, mind games, seminar, poster presentation and some other relevant of sharing and applying knowledge events is done.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible not much expensive. The mode of payments accepted by the college is through DD, RTGS (NEFT) and even online payment is acceptable here. There is no such additional charges in order to secure an admission to my course. Yeah, they provide transparency in the fee-breakdown. The amount for each category they had taken will be shown in the receipt.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I haven't opted for any scholarship or education loan. Of course our college offer scholarship opportunities to students. The eligibilty criteria and procedure to apply is as follow. For less than 2lakh per annum students, first they have to fill up and submit a form through online. Later, bank account details like a photocopy(xerox) of passbook should be provided to them. For each eligible student around rs.20000 will be provided.

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio is 47:53 (boys:girls). The campus life is pretty good, enthusiastic, joyful. Since, our college rag free campus there is no such tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status. We have separate community to ensure such activity to be held in campus. Our college support and conduct extracurricular activities, sports and cultural activity. As I said in above question, they conduct competitions such as poster presentation, debates, robotics, etc.

Alumni/Alumna

In our college, we have community for alumni. We have a nice knowledgeable talks and they also give good guidelines and support us in our curricular activities.

Admission

I got the admission in this college through K-CET Entrance Exam. As I was interested in computer science, IOT and all; I opted that kind of related course. The factors that made my choice to that institution was its good infrastructure, library, e-library, faculties and decent campus in my locality.

Faculty

4.5

We, students can assess the faculty of our college during our free time going to the department and contacting respective faculty and discuss the doubt. Nearly 30 teaching lecturers are their in that for my class 7 lecturers takes us class. Almost all lecturers have done their M.tech and we have 8-10 Ph.D professors too including about to pursuing it. All have their relevant industry experience of minimum of one year.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%
