Awesome time

No complaints with the faculty or the curriculum. But i think the college management should definitely gear up to provide better facilities to the students and most importantly should provide good campus recruitment offers.

AIEEE, COMEDK - 25000 I chose this college as this was prescribed by one of my relatives. Based on the no of placements provided by the college i chose this college over other available options.

The curiculum was based on the BE course set by Visveswaraya Technological University, KarnatakaThe curiculum was more theoretical and did not give us enough exposure to the practical or current industry trends.

Although no companies came directly to the college for offering intern ship, the college facilitated them for us by allowing us to attend interviews even during college hours.I did my internship at SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd. The stipend offered to me was 7000 pm.

For the year i passed out there were not enough campus recruitments. Even then through off campus and pool campus i was able to get offers in 3-4 companies. And most of the students in my batch were placed in at least one company by the end of the year.

There was a college fest organized every year named 'Melange'. This is organized on a huge scale and many celebrities are also invited to the fest. There are many events organized in the fest such as rock show, fashion show etc.

The fee structure was pretty expensive at our college. Students were expected to pay high fees for lot of events and activities.Even stationery was to be bought from college which was really highly priced.

None of my batch students were offered any explicit scholarship by the college. It was only at the university level scholarships were assigned based on the quota/class to which the students belonged.

Campus life was fun overall. From academic perspective we were not very loaded with subjects hence we got time to engage in several co curricular activities and time with friends was fun.

I was not part of the college hostel hence can not comment much on this. From what i heard from my fellow classmates, food was really bad and most of the students preferred to eat outside the mess almost daily. Other facilities were not that bad though.

We have a mini alumni network for our batch. But it is more or less not active anymore. College has not intiated any alumni group as such.It would be good if they start one.

The exam structure was also decided by the university Visveswaraya technological university karnataka. Though it was not a very chilled out exam structure, we would still be able to find time for other activities at college.

Faculty of the college was very good. The teachers were quite experienced yet friendly. The teacher were always available to help solve our problems and also gave us challenging assignments.
