Remarks :

good college for students who give importance to sports arts and other extra curricular activities. students who want just to study what is in the text book do not come to the college. students who want to explore more in the world can join here

Course Curriculum Overview :

the basic curriculum is similar to that of Mahatma Gandhi University, kerala. the College curriculum is good. ideal for the development of students. students are able to follow the curriculum fruitfully. exams are conducted in a very good manner. and results are timely published

Placement Experience :

The placement is there. I also got selected through placement only. It is all depends on your efforts as teachers will give you all the best they have, but in placement you are your own. And college do provide internships.

College Events :

freshers day, arts day, onam celebration, christmas celebration, diff fests, pg day, college day etc. these are only the list of main programmes. there are lots of creative programmes for the student development.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee Structure is feasible. I have completed my Degree of three years in less than 1lakh. The curriculum structure was really nice. You really have chance to research. But after all it all depends on your interest. For me it was chilling lab activities. I really liked the environment of college and lectures.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

students who are eligible for e grand will recieve scholarship from the government. I am not sure about other scholarship fecilities. the administrative panel is all supprtive for eligible students to get scholarships

Campus Life :

the college is very good in sports arts and other extracurricular activities. boys, girls and transgender students are given equal priority. the college consistantly wins a notable position in the Mahatma Gandhi University kalolsavam.

Alumni/Alumna :

the college have a strong alumni association. it consists of many famous personalities including film actors, sports personalities, drama artists politicians musicians etc.

Admission :

people who are eligible are sorted according to their marks. they are called into the auditorium. from there the department is alloted according to the preference of the students if there is seat available

Faculty :

the teaching faculty of maharajas college is very good. they are very supportive for the students. the portions are completed in perfect timings.

Get into SJCC

Placement Experience:

After the 4th semester we would be eligible for campus placements and we will be having internship during the end of 5th semester. I got into a digital marketing company for my internship period of 1 month at Pixel Boho ,my friends also got internship in Big company's like Flowers TV, Mythri productions ,Beylim etc. most students Get placements and for me ,my plan was to go to film industry so after my degree I went on an internship at the Chithranjali studios in trivandrum and Now I am currently an Editor of a feature film.

Better but not Best!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before I'm joining the course, I had many expectations but after 3 semesters the syllabus started becoming useless and complicated. There are many topics in the syllabus which is not have to study. It's like 40% main topics and the rest are stuffed for nothing.
