Remarks

There are many positive and negative remarks can be found being made, fee structure might be criticised by few for being so high for an evening college but some might say it's lower the expected because of the brand name

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The college curriculum is very easy going and chilled. Course structure is about par, but it's okay since I'm persuing b. com for the degree as a backup. Importance towards the syllabus is comparitively lower as students are often form CA background

Placement Experience

4

Campus placement program is available from the 4th semester and offer a wide option on companies. Almost all the big four hold interviews offering anywhere around 2. 5-3 lacks per annum. Higher packages are also offers by few companies

College Events

4.5

There is no short of events celebrated in the college as there are many clubs and fourms active in the college and almost all of them hold their own event. These are a gold mine if you want to get some managerial experience

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible for the community wanting to persue b. com but some might argue it is a bit expensive as they are college offering the regular version of the course for almost half the fee charged by my college. The fee right no is somewhere around 45, 000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't think any loan facility is provided by the college and I also don't think any educational loan is even required for the course as it only costs fairly below 50 thousand per year, but I think it can be availed by banks. As far as scholarship goes, it's only for the first year and it depends on the PU marks

Campus Life

3

They do not boast a direct extra curricular activity from the college but the fourm I mentioned before hold more than enough sport compititons. And yearly sport tournaments as well. The gender ratio heavily falls on boys as girls usually don't opt for evening colleges I'd say the boy to girl ratio might be about 7:4

Hostel Facilities

0.5

Hostel facilities are adjustable and with high standards. In first year the rooms are shared by 3. By the second year, we get single rooms. The bathrooms are very clean. Hostel provides a good atmosphere for studies, Co curricular activities and sports

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network as far as I know, my seniors were very friendly for providing me with advises and informations. But I don't have any contact with seniors who have already passed out (except for the ones I know outside from academics)

Admission

Through AIIMS MBBS Exam. I wanted to choose MBBS Course because I want to serve people with better medical facilities. The admission process is carried away the Examination Authority of AIIMS, New Delhi

Faculty

4

My opinion about the faculty is that they are just about as required. They are no connoisseurs but they get the job done. Event if they are not able to finish the syllabus on time, they make sure you are familiar with the concept

Placement Experience:

The placement cell in my college is okay they do get few good companies for campus recruitment and they guide us thoroughly how and when we should apply for placement they do conduct some sessions and bring people to guide us with everything. The percentage of students getting placement is 50 or 60 percentage. My plan after degree is to continue pursuing acca and then finding a job abroad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
