Remarks

Actually needs alot of improvement both the academic and infrastructure wise. the lecture halls need to be upgraded. there is urgent need for fixing the tables in the lecture halls. every now and then the mic and speaker problems arise. and classes are disturbed.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

course needs some improvement. there is not much scope for research. mbbs is a 9 semester course. 1st year has 2 semesters although only one final exam 2nd year has 3 semesters and one final exam. 3rd year 2 semesters and one final exam. 4th year has 2 semesters and one final exam. later one year of internship is necessary.

Placement Experience

2

as of now there are no direct job opportunities from college. internship is compulsory. 18k stipend is provided for internship after 4th year of mbbs. most students opt for going to higher studies/postgraduation.

College Events

2

first is freshers party. it is a welcome party for newly joining first year students. we also have annual college fest by the name UTHKARSHA. Various academic and cultural and sports activities are conducted on the eve of fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

as it a government college the academic fees are bearable. although the hostel and mess fees are too much for the poor and middle class students. I think a lot of improvisation of hostels and ness are needed.

Fees and Financial Aid

government offers a scholarship of 15000 per annum. it is very less compared to the expenses. the scholarship is only for the economically low groups. students have to be carefully and vigilant in applying for scholarship.

Campus Life

0.5

Our college are co education college will provide more discounts and benefits to girls only and in boys side there are three hostels one gym three mess but same food is not good. And games are same to all that's all

Hostel Facilities

0.5

hostel is not so good. need large improvement. hostel fee ia 15k per year. and mess fees are seperate at 3k per month. needs improvement and facilities. sometimes water and mosquito problems are present.

Alumni/Alumna

yes the alumni are although not directly associated with students are donated a lot of money and funds to the college. recently the alumni has renovated the students reading room. provided equipment in the reading room.

Admission

NEET EXAM UG MEDICAL it is conducted every year. criteria is intermediate bipc passed. neet is an national level entrance exam conducted every year for admission into medical colleges and dental colleges in india.

Faculty

3

faculty are well qualified and good. teaching methods are not upto the mark. there is a large gap between students and teacher interactions. need for evaluation of study and teaching methods. need for focus on all round development.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is CBME approved, so there's no need to worry about the curriculum. The National Medical Commission (NMC) has introduced a new Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum for the MBBS program in India. This curriculum focuses on practical, patient-centric learning, integrating subjects, and early clinical exposure. It emphasizes the development of specific competencies, such as clinical skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. The curriculum is divided into three phases: Foundational, Organ System-Based Clinical, and Clinical. Assessment includes continuous assessment, practical exams, theory exams, and OSCEs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fact that this course provides you a very dignitorial position in society attracts me the most into it. The financial benefits are also quite impressive. The curriculum extending for 5.5 years provides you all the required knowledge to practice as a general doctor in the country. There is a total of 19 subjects for 4.5 years in total. 1 year rotatory internship in various clinical department in affiliated hospital gives you very good clinical exposure also. The internship here is stipended by ?26000-/- per month. Every year mcc is renewing the syllabus according to to demands of indian medical system. Frequency of exams are quite adjustable upto rth year. 4th year is quite hectic and tiring with syllabus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is made according to our ability to grasp when we come out of our board exams. The first year might be considered a little touch but it in general is quite different and I personally enjoy studying it . Exams are a bit stressful but if a person has already studied then the tension gets distributed and it feels like nothing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course as I dreamt of becoming a doctor since I was a child. In our college, the faculty is good and are qualified enough. They teach the basic things and make us learn things in a clear way. There will be two internal exams, one prefinal exam in every year. Those with an average of 50% in internal exams are allowed to write the final exams. There is quite a difficulty in passing the final exam as there is a vast syllabus.
