Placement Experience

Being an IIT, the college has great placement and Job opportunities. Yes, the college provides internships. I am in my first year so have not received an internship yet. Great companies come here as - Microsoft, Amazon, De shaw, Goldmann Sacchs, Adobe, SMS Datatech, and many more.

College Events

There are many fests in the college. Ignus- Inter college Socio-Cultural fest(biggest fest of northwest INDIA( Prometeo- Inter college Technical Fest Ideaspark- Fest for E-cell enthusiasts Varchas- Inter-college sports fest Spandan, Kridansh- Intra college fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is nearly 2.5-3 lakh per year for a general student.It is somewhere between feasible and expensive.

Campus Life

They are very nice. There is ample opportunity to take part in the various competitions on a national level. We take part in Inter IIT which is one of India's biggest sports events. All 23 IITs take part in this.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are very nice. All hostels are in build in a modern way with every room having a personal AC. The hostel has TV room, TT room, reading room, Billiards room and etc. Also, each hostel has two small grounds for playing.

Alumni/Alumna

They are extremely helpful. Their experience helps us a lot. Recently we had alumni day to strengthen our relationship with our seniors and alumni.

Admission

I gave Jee Main, qualified it then I gave Jee Advanced and secured a descent rank and through that rank I was given this college.

Placement Experience:

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Placement Experience:

about 90 percent people get placed and the rest goes for masters or become enterprenuers. Top companies that visit campus are Samsung ,BNY,Flipkart etc.Highest package goes upto 1.3 cr with average of 13lpa and median of 12lpa.

SKIT- The overall package

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible after 4th semester for placements. There are many companies that have visited like Vipro, IBM, TCS and many more among the 150 companies that visit the campus. THe highest offer made was to a senio of mine of about 43 lpa and the average package is of about 5-6 LPA. The lowest package offered was of about 3 LPA. About 90 percent of students get placements and if for any reason i do not get placed, I would try for CDS that is the armed forces of India

About SKIT Jaipur

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are quite good for my course and also they are nice for other branches . The highest package of last year was 47 lakhs per annum for the CS branch of my course and average package was 6 lpa . I am in first year right now so i can not tell about my placement but yes the placements are nice in our college and the rate of placement is also decent . My college has tie ups with some companies and train the students according to the demand in the industries. Students who wants to do start ups our college also supports them and give some amount of investments. The culture of my college is really very helping and supporting.

My college life

I choose this college since this is most reputated college in india and IIT is dream of many students in india. I tried to many iits which are better than this but my jee advanced rank made me to come here this is the best affordable college for my rank in the jee advanced 2025 exam. The admission fees after getting admission is 3800 rupees. The cutoff of 2025 for my year is approximately 9000-9400 in all india. Iam proud to being an IITian. I never regretted by joining this college. But I just thought what if I get a top trending branch....Read More
