Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is a mixture of theoretical and practical learning. It involves solving case studies, working on live projects, field visits. The college lays great emphasis on corporate competitions and sees it as a great avenue to learn. The college has been hugely successful with students being able to fare successfully both corporate and college competitions.

The college provides ample placement opportunities to students pursuing any of the offered specializations, be it HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Analytics or Infrastructure Development and Management.

Neev, SCMHRD's flagship annual B-School fest, considered to be the 3rd largest B-School fest in the country. Sees participation for almost all the top-40 B-Schools of the country. Known for attracting top celebrities for performances.

Hostel Facilities

Triple sharing hostel rooms, separate for boys and girls. Good infrastructure, clean and spacious rooms, laundry, wifi, sports facilities, mess and canteen facilities are available. Located at practical locations with market for shopping necessary items at arm's length.

Admission

I wrote SNAP. Post clearing it, appeared for GE-PI-WAT process and cleared the same. I chose this course to pursue HR as my specialization and SCMHRD is well-known for its HR program.

The faculty here is very experienced and experts in their respective fields. They have numerous research papers under their belt and they utilize the valuable experiences throughout their teaching experience to create enriching learning experiences.

Placement Experience:

Form the first semester itself students will be starting to get the internship opportunities as we have to complete 2 months of internship after first year. The third semester students, who come to campus after internship are all eligible for placements. JPMC, CRISIL, BNY, Federal Bank, KPMG, Tresvista, NUVAMA are a few of the companies visiting college. The highest CTC offered was INR 21.42LPA and the average CTC is INR 11 LPA.

My Experience at SSBF

Placement Experience:

The placements here are decent. For internship the record stands still at 100% and for the final pacements its 95% for all the eligible students. If there wouldn't have been any placements here, I would've opted for the employement outside on my own as I have personal contacts and references in the bfsi industry.
