Considering the course, knowledge, learning and opportunities college is best. Having legacy of illustrious alumni network always helps. Considering the down side of college there is just lack of few facilities

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is perfect combination of theoretical concepts and practical experience. Exam structure has two parts internal and external. Internal with 60 marks combining assignments and mid term test and external is 40 marks test

Placement Experience

Yes my college provide internship in top companies like godrej, reliance,abfrl, hul, pwc, itc, ey, optum, Vodafone, akzonobel, genpact, tiaa, wipro, cognizant, oyo, and so many. My overall experience was good and full of learning.

College Events

There are committee wise different events iny college- Teach, lssea, stratomania, yashasvi, neev, sports events, Augustus, odyssey, homecoming for alumni. These events are National level events where students from all over India participate

Fee Structure And Facilities

College fee is expensive considering facilities. Total is around 1900000 including college fees, hostel fees and food fees its around 4.95 lac for first semester and remaining distributed equally for 3 months

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have knowledge about any loan facility in detail. There are banks like SBI, bank of baroda, hdfc credila which provides loan facilities. Where their terms and conditions depends on the loan amount limit

Campus Life

Gender ratio for my college is around 17:7. Th ere are different groups from different culture according to locality and religion who celebrates events like navratri, sankranthi, pongal, lohari and so on.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel quality is quite low. The rooms are 3 sharing and teo sharing with attached bathroom. Hostel has life facility and also pantry facility. The infrastructure is quite old overall its good and convenient

Alumni/Alumna

SCMHRD has very strong alumni network. Most alumni are working in top companies helping us learn. We have homecoming event from one of the committee where all alumni comes to college and interact with us, guide us for future job.

Admission

First step entrance exam then merit list with some cut off. Selected students got called for group exercise, writing ability test and personal interview and then merit list.

Faculty

Faculties are wel qualified and knowledgeable. Help not only in enhancing theoretical knowledge but also practical exposure through assignments and project. Classroom learning is with detail theoretical concepts and faculties guide how to apply them in real life

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

Sneak Peak into the life of SCMHRDIANS!

Any person is eligible who is completed his/her graduation from some well known university and having grad percenetage above 50(for general) and above 45 (for st/sc). The application form is available at the time of applying for the Snap exam else seperately from the college or university portal it could be filled. In Symbiosis International University, they have the reseravtion provision for Kashmiri Migrants, ST, SC, OBC, PWD. They are benefitted in the order of seat reservation. For Kashmiri Migrants 2 seats, SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PWD 3% of the total seats are reserved.
