Syllabus and course curriculum is concerned the syllabus covers wide range of subjects divided into compulsory and complementary category. Combination of these subject is taught each year. As per the guideline of University of Calicut exams are conducted in a semester wise fashion with timely evaluations in face of shor tests and assignments.

Our college has developed a specialised cell whereby training is granted from the very first year in the soft skills, English speaking, job etiquettes to prepare us for the campus drives. however the sad part is that no regular campus drives are organised or company visits are there. Here the college provides you with the support and training and for placement you are mostly on your own. Though internship is not mandatory in my course for other course where it is mandatory the college doesn't provide my support.

Fee for the three year program in Botany as offered by our college is Rs 68, 000. These includes exam fee, the tuition fee, the library fee etc. The amount that is to be submitted annually that is at the start of each academic year is around Rs 22,000.

Host of scholarships are offered by our college to meritorious students who fulfill various criteria. Some of the common scholarship that are offere includes National loan scholarship, the National merit scholarship, Maulana Azad National fellowship for minority students etc. Apart from the scholarship educational loan can also be availed by a student from any of the commercial bank.

Extra curricular activities in the college provides room for outdoor as well as indoor activities. While outdoor activities are mostly restricted to sports indoor activities have a variety in face of quizzing, yoga, painting, darma etc. Event celebration is also comprehensive as events ranging from dance competitions to music fests are organised in the campus of college. College has a greenery around the campus nice classrooms, well built laboratories, big seminar hall, library stocked with all the books etc. All this makes the infrastructure quotient of the college high.

For taking admission in the courses offered by our college one has to make application in online mode through the official website of the college. After making application shortlisting of applications are done based on the percentage for each of the courses. If your application is selected then you will be offered the admission and would be asked to complete the formalities. I opted for this college because for minority students the seats are reserved here and I am from minority community so I got the benefit of it.

In the past one and half years of my experience in the college I have observed that teachers are well experienced and have that attitude to make students to get the core of the things. Very few of them rush for the syllabus completion while most of them take into consideration the needs of the learners and help us accordingly.
