There are different courses available in the Mangalore university, Centre of distance education. The courses have be divided into courses for the U.G and the courses for the P.G. Exam structure is one which the college follows strictly. The exams are conducted by the university in each semester. Weekly and monthly tests are also conducted by the staff members. These exams helps the students to overcome their final exam very easily.

The college do provide the students with placements & job opportunities. This helps the student to have a bright future once they leave the University. Students seeking to have a good career in their field of interest are greatly benefited through this. Placements and job opportunities are been well maintained by the coordinators of each department with the help of the placement cell facility available in the college.

The college keeps up an entirely possible charge structure which helps all the understudies in the college financially. The expense structure has been partitioned for every year. This expenses is incorporated for both the semester in a year. The expenses has been gathered from each understudy during the beginning of consistently. It has access to over 8500+ Journals in Full text in e-form.

The University Hostel locates itself within these traditions of Mangalore University and attempts to encourage its residents to imbibe the culture of the University for their academic and personal betterment.The Hostel is headed by a Warden who is appointed by the University from among the staff of the Post-Graduate Departments of the University. The Warden is available in the Hostel Office on a part-time basis, after the completion of work in the concerned Department of Studies

Applications from eligible candidates are invited in offline mode and applicants can purchase the form from a designated office of Director/Co-ordinator by remitting an amount of via bank challan or DD.To be eligible for UG programs candidates should have passed 2-year PUC or 3-year Diploma recognized by the University.Candidates seeking admissions to B.Ed program should appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by the Mangalore University.

The university maintains a well ordered faculty system. Each department has its own faculty members. Every subject has been handled by staffs who are well experienced in their field.
