IIFM provides excellent placement opportunity to all students with 100% placement record. On an average, each student gets about 2-3 offers. The salaries offered are best in class.The placements generally occur in the field of micro-finance and development sector. Though they keep changing from time to time.The best part is : The placements of IIFM is unaffected by any market slowdown as it has its own niche.

Kalptaru : The 10 days long annual fest comprising of Sports, Skits, Fun activities / competitions , music, Treasure hunt, cultural events.The most awaited event of the year.

2002 -2004 batch had a stipend of INR 1500 p.m. for all students (except SARC sponsored candidates)IIFM being a premiere institute, Education Loan is provided by all leading Banks.
