It was nice to recall whatever experience we had in starting our journey

The program we studied for gaining the knowlegde it was good. But for gaining the practical knowlegde it was not enough. The curriculum should me change in every two years that should also after looking for the current scenario. As we all know that now the era is of Artificial Intelligence. Our curriculum should also need upgradation which will not only going to help the candidate to complete the task in the better manner but also to have practical learning as well. I think there should not be any exam , there should only be assignments and projects and practical exposure , what you are learning in the curriculum. Like 50:50 ratio for both theoritical learning and Practical exposure. This will not only going to give the experience but it will also make the candidate confident about his field , making him explore the world in different way.

I did two interships 1) Study Metro - During my this journey I did more than 2333 calls in three month and update the students about the education fair which was organized by the company. Also during this we visited many colleges to update the students about the education fair. We distributed many passes to the students to visit the office. On the event days I guided many students about the Universities visit and about countries 2)Hiteshi Infotech : It was 6 month intership but due to covid I could complete only 4 months there. In this intership we communicated with multiple clients , Also used multiple social media plateform to communicate with usa and uk clients. I did the lead generation as well there also I Scheduled meets there with foriegn clients.

From 3rd semester only students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. It was an engineering college therefore multiple companies visited to hire for both engineering and mba students. I got three offer from visited companies . I got two Internship offer and one job offer. 1st offer for Hiteshi Infotech as Business Development Intern , 2nd offer for Study Metro as Marketing Intern. And 3rd my final job offer at Collabera. Generally the highest package goes till 12 LPA. During the tenure more than 300 company visited the college . And every students got the offer. Even the placement also take care about every students. They also make sure that each student much have an offer in their hands. When I completed my studies , I gave many goveronment exam, I did preparation as well but didn't cleared any . Therefore I joined the company where I did the intership.

In the year 2018,there were particular fees structure for the students for getting the fee waiver.This include certain criteria on the basis of students categories as well. As I belongst to General Category . Also my percentage is 77% therefore, I got the waiver and my per semester fees is 15000.

If we talk about the campus life it was not only studying in the class but also taking part in many activities. In the college there were many inter college competition in which we used to take part. At that time there were three days events. This include the Rangoli competition, Sport activities , treasure hunts, dance and signing program etc. In our college we have a big library which include many books with different writers. For a particular topis, there were multiple books available from different writers.

Before checking any college I gave CET exam to get admission in DAVV IMS campus, But my ranking was very low, Therefore I started looking for other MBA colleges. I visited Prestige institute but the fees is high and they need cmat, which I didn't gave therefore I checked for Bansal College. Bansal college is not only providing me the fee waiver but also provide the free bus facilities as well. This is understandable that the college is 25 km far from my location but it was the time to explore everything. For my course there was no any exam required, I easily got the admission in the college . Also I got the fee waiver because of my high score in Bachelor studies.

The ratio of Faculty to student is 1:30. There were 7 faculties for our batch. For our every subject we have a facutly. They helped me in my interships presentations and projects as well.When I was working on my project Prof.Chhawi helped me in analysis. I like Indu Ma'am, She taught me Organisational behaviour, she taught in easy way so that everyone get the better understanding about the particular word as well. At that time she was arround 65-70 but still , she always make sure evrything should clear to all students. During the class we also played many games to understand the concept the perception and communication, barrier of communication. In our Batch of 30 students, no one get failed , but those students who didn't attended the class for months or more than that got the atkt's. We have 8 subjests and 4 semester in MBA program. All the programs were easy ,we generally didn't get in any issue in that. Also the course curriculum was also good , Because our faculties had taught the same while doing the activity, which make it easy for us to understand.

Our college doesn't allowed us for it. Whatever activities we want to do. we can only do in day time itself. Library generally closes when the 2nd batch students left. There were no hostel in our campus also no any gym there.
