In IMS, specialization is alloted from very first sem so you have strategic Human Resource Management subjects from the first sem which helps us to prepare a strong base and have some experience before going to summer internships

HDFC bank - Talent acquisition intern Alphanext - Talent acquisition intern Mahindra and Mahindra - IR intern Every student has to write Research paper in the 2nd sem to groom the portfolio and learnings.

After 2nd Sem and summer internship students are eligible to sit for campus placements. In total of 13 companies visited our campus and still are visiting as we are in our 4th sem List of reputated companies - Deloitte Aditya Birla chemicals Accenture Yash Technology Spectrum Zomato Mckenlie Rice Highest package - 17.5 LPA by Accenture Average package - 5.5 LPA 40-50% students get placed I am currently placed at Aditya Birla chemicals through campus itself and was offered a package of 10 LPA

45,500 - 1st Sem 43,500 - 2nd sem 43,500 - 3rd Sem 43,500 - 4th Sem 1st sem has additional caution money which will be refunded after completion of course Scholarships for SC/ST/OBC students according to state scholarship policies. Mainly SC/ST get 84,000 yearly amount for scholarship And OBC get 75000-77000 yearly amount for scholarship

Annual fest - URESCO Library do have academic books along with fictional and non fictional books Technology is not there as the campus is outdated and considering as government College, no as such technical facilities are available. Pratispardha (A sports event) is organized in the college among different courses of MBA There are 8 clubs in the campus along with NCC and NSS

I gave CUET PG exam and IMS was the only my first preference, I got good marks and rank because of which I was able to take admission in IMS and my second option in CUET PG was BHU. I was targeting HR and I got HR in first Councelling.

Faculty to student ratio - 1:15 Name of faculty - Dr. Shine David (HOD) of HR - Has a lot practical and corporate experience, guides students for their future and provides solutions to everyone. Dr. Priya Rathore ( Course Facilitator ) - Explains every terminology with corporate experience Dr. Brahamjot Bagga - Explains labor law and Employee Relations functions with a great knowledge There 3 internal examinations in every sem, in which best of two is considered i.e. 20 marks each which gives total of 40 And a final examination of 60 marks is conducted to have in total of 100 2 internal exams have written papers of 20 marks And third internal exam has presentations and assignments

Public area and hangout area is very big but no gym is there A common university canteen is there along with many cafes around the campus and outside the campus Very big area to hangout, we do have ICH restaurant also in the university
