No negative remarks. Too lucky to have been admitted to such an Institute. The ambience, in lap of nature is too good. the fellow students, teachers, seniors are always helpful. Placement are good, the building, the college will grow to be your second home.

The pedagogy of the course is so well designed to accomodate a management student from basics of management to learning techniques and methodologies much needed in real life crisis situations too. A trimester system is followed per year, so 6 semesters for 2 years course. End term,Mid term, regular quizzes/class tests, assignment submissions sum up your total score.

Internship is a must thing for students. One needs to undergo interview process for being selected, and it is the college's responsibility for a student to get an internship. Placement opportunities are varied across different sectors one chooses as electives in 2nd year accordingly. 100% placement is guaranteed, since it being a government institute nothing remains for hiding.

Events include Coalescence, a business conclave to which loads of esteemed guests are invited, competitions held as inter college B school competitions. Alumni meet are organised, Cultural programmes are celebrated, and camp fires, monsoon nights and load more.

The fee structure is nominal at 6,24,000 for 2 years at a national level Management institute and fooding expenses for 3 times meal a day at 2500 a month. Return on Investment is good, since average placement package and median placement package stands at 7,50,000.

Students belonging to backward communities irrespective of scores are stiphened by the government via the institute on monthly basis. Top 10 scorers including reservation will be availinh scholarship rewarded by the institute. The college is rated AA by banks hence a loan amount of 7,50,000 can be availed from SBI without any security distress.

Open learning days which give real life inhand experience to Management world and courses taught at IIFM are a part, It has a sports complex, football ground, badminton court, table tennis, gym, volleyball court, lawn tennis court, basketball court. Games like kho kho, Kabaddi are regularly organised, Cricket is an integral part of games played.

Hostel is compulsory,for it being a residential course, and is inuded in course fee at 1,00,000 for entire course. Double sharing bedroom amininated with bed, almirah, table, rack, chair, lan port for both are available. Wifi is regular and included in fees and runs at fast speed of 20-30 mbps. Too much spacious a hostel, 3 in number, one for junior boys, one for senior boys and one for girls.

Alumni are spread across different regions in the world starting from WWF, WORLD BANK, UNESCO and what mot organisation. Too helpful, there are alumni interaction sessions when they visit the campus. Alums holding position of Associate director at organisations conduct placements, internships. The Alumni network says our network is our net worth.

Appear for CAT/ XAT exam. Apply via score of CAT or XAT for IIFM. Your CAT score will be checked and if eligible, you will get a call from IIFM for interview and Written assessment test; post which they declare results.

The faculty are well-versed and knowledged to the highest extent needed to counsel the course. IFS officers deal with forestry subjects, for remaining subjects the faculty is keen on making students understand well the subject they are dealing with and how it has real life application in future.
