Course Curriculum Overview
Ba has a very good course structure and focuses a lot on deep study. The course follows the duration of 3 years and follows semester system. The syllabus is updated as per the changes made. The days at the institution is generally very hectic and exams too are very tiring.

The fee structure of the college for BA is around 80 thousand which is quite feasible as per the needs and demand of the course. Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.
Campus Life
The college has NCC and NSS. They have various sports activities like football, basketball and so on. They also organize cultural functions like fest in which many other institutions take part and students get abundant exposure. This also helps in developing competitive spirit among the students.
Admission
Sudhiranjan Lahiri Mahavidyalaya grew out of dream of a dedicated social worker and freedom fighter, Sudhiranjan Lahiri, who devoted all his tangible and intangible resources to the cause of higher education for the young in the locality. To get admission, the student must be a class 12 pass with atleast 45% marks and they will be selected will either on the basis of merit or entrance exam.
Faculty
The faculty of the the college is appointed with the focus in quality education of students. They are well qualified and trained with a great experience. They have good command over their respective subjects. They also encourage students in every possible way and help them when they need.
