Entrance Preview
I didn't have to appear for any entrance exams as the admissions for my selected course was solely on the basis of the HSE marks. I chose this course so that I could enter the world of commerce.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was not an easy one as we had to work very hard in order to score good marks. The course was semester based and we had a total of 6 semesters. 5 subjects in each semester. We also had the choice of an optional course in the 5th semester .
Internships Opportunities
Stipends were offered to outstanding students from various departments. Outstanding sportsmen also gets stipends as well. Apart from that companies like Wipro and SIB also provides internships.
Placement Experience
During my year Wipro and SIB were the major employers who came to our college and SIB gave job to 42 students while Wipro took 18 of our outstanding students.
College Events
The main cultural events held were the Calicut university Dzone cultural championship which was a blast and SHRISTI'13. The events were a grand success as we had thousands of students from our university .
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't have knowledge of any such exept for the sports scholarships and the outstanding students scholarships.
Campus Life
Those were the best days in my life as we had programs every week. Mostly cultural conducted by each departments and sports. There were no sexual discrimination in those and as a result we had all out participation.
Exam Structure
It wasn't that much hectic or even chilled out. The faculties were keen enough to not put too much pressure to students which I think is the best way to do the stuff.
Faculty
As my college is an Autonomous one its needless to say that it has the best set of faculties. All of them are really cool and knows the pulse of the students and that makes our works much more easier.
