MBBS is a huge course requiring complete knowledge about just everything. It definitely is a proper platform giving a proper direction to study perfect things at perfect age and checking the progress via examinations.Its a 4.5yrs course allong with clinical practicals and an internship of one year after that giving complete knowledge and experience to treat patients. The exam structure is university pattern. For the internal assessment semesters and preliminary exams are conducted in the college and the main exam is conducted by the university.

Placement Experience

Placements and jobs are not a point of intrest for medicos. But talking about internship,its provided in our esteemed college which provides complete clinical knowledge. The internship phase makes good doctors out of us and helps students deal with a lot of clinically important cases.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is extremely affordable and feasible, I feel. It's very economical. The fees are Rs 26,600 per annum which makes it to Rs 133,000 on a total for a period of five years which is not very expensive.

Campus Life

Extracurriculum of the college is great. The labs are well arranged with apparatuses and specimens of all the things which are necessary to be learnt by students. Sports are also given importance with the gym material and a ground for outdoor sports where synergy, a sports meet is arranged.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is comfortable and present in the campus so very convenient for the students. Infrastructure has also inproved over time. The mess offers somewhat good food but it can improve a lot giving somewhat more nice food in the same expenses.

Admission

The admission is done purely on the basis of your NEET score. A cutoff is declared after the NEET results are out. A merit list is taken out. Upto 3 merit lists are taken out on regular intervals of 2-3 days during the admission and counseling process

Faculty

The faculty is well educated and experienced with complete knowledge of their subjects. They are an important pillars of the college and a support system for the students helping them improve with their knowledge regarding the field.

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 5 year course of MBBS college itself provide the placement to every student. The highest package is about 40000 per month but the average package is about 33000 per month. About 99% students get their placement easily. I'm also thinking to get placement after completing my MBBS degree.

Placement Experience:

On campus placements are there . We have to do our internship in tmch itself . After that one year of rural bond is compulsory . The stipned during internship is highest as compared to other state which is around 40k/month.

Placement Experience:

After completing MBBS course and 1 year internship one gets placement. Not companies but in hospital it gets placement The highest package is 12lpa as I know and on average 6lpa 100 percent student gets placement I want to pursue PG degree or civil services

I applied for Gauhati medical College, Guwahati and Assam medical College, Dibrugarh and Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College, Barpeta and all the other medical Colleges of Assam. I got a confirmed admission in 11 medical College of assam from 13. I choose this college over the other 10 college because this college is near my house. Average college, but it's a government medical College!

I had applied to 12 other medical Colleges in Assam during the choice filling of counselling. My first preference was GMCH as it is where o reside but couldn't make there due to the cut off. I chose this college as it was at a distance of three hours from my home and near compared to all the other medical Colleges in Assam. The admission process for MBBS is you have to qualify neet exam conducted by NTA. To appear in neet you have a mandatory subject of physics chemistry and biology in the higher secondary and your minimum age criteria is 17 years. This exam is conducted once per year and also there is reservation criteria for other backward classes schedule caste and scheduled Tribes etc. After the declaration of the result there is counselling process which is online and conducted by MCC.
