Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum as well up to date and is according to the current requirements. Course consists of both practical and theory part. Practical part is given special attention. Usually the day is not very hectic. There are two major exam semester. Assignments and class test depend on subject teacher.

Many big company to visit the campus every year. This colleges has tie-up with many big companies and they bring many companies every company. Placement of this college are good. Majority of student get job offers. Internship opportunities also provided by the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees of this college is economical in my opinion. compared to majority of other institutions fees is less. Fees for first year is around 1 lakh rupees including some one time charges, from second year onwards it is around 80000. So in total of five year, it will cost around 4.3 lacks.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It is a well not private institute in Ernakulam and hence one will not find a difficult to apply for loan in majority of the banks. There are many central government and state government scholarship schemes for students so if one is eligible he or she can also apply for the scholarships.
Campus Life :
Many facilities are available for students. Labs are up-to-date. Facilities and labs are well maintained by the institute. Campus areas big. Infrastructure of this colleges well-built. Students are well behaved in nature and are helpful. Gender ratio is good. Seniors are also helpful in nature.
Admission :
I want to pursue my career in architectural field so I appeared in NATA. With My rank the best college I could find was this college. Admission here are given on the basis of NATA score. There are three round of counselling.
Faculty :
The ratio of student to teacher is good.teachers are well experienced and have a great knowledge in their respective fields. One must maintain the discipline in order be in the good books of the teacher as it will help You to score good marks in internals.
