Remarks

There is exactly no negative point for our college the most positive point for our college is that it is a girl college which gives us the feeling of women empowerment in day-to-day life. I personally like all of my teachers because they always solve all of my problems without even cross questioning me.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The environment, faculty and also the syllabus curriculum of our college is very good. The simple subjects are also taught in such a interesting way that every student is interested in studying boring lectures also. The Viva help us to go through the important topics in the syllabus. Also the discussion of the syllabus from our teacher keeps us very focused.

Placement Experience

4.5

Counselling workshops are always happening at our college for the betterment of the future of the girls that are studying in the college. Also because of the disciplined and very good and informative environment of the college. Many companies try to conduct on campus interview to recruit many of our students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Apart from the uncountable facilities which are provided at our college the fee of our college is very less, I am pursuing Bachelors of arts in Sanskrit and my first year fee was only 7000 rupees which is very cheap as compared to all of the college of big cities. My whole BA course will cost me around only 20k rupees which is very less according to me.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided to the students on merit and merit cum means scholarship criteria. Special scholarship incentives are given to the student who belong to the backward categories and also to the minorities. Also incentive prizes are distributed on annual function for academic and extra curricular activities. Apart from this donation from government are also welcome in the college.

Campus Life

5

Extra curricular activities keep happening in our college such as world philosophy day which is celebrated every year under many programs debates and also speeches are prepared by the students of a college and then they are delivered on the special occasion in front of chief guest which are invited by the college authority's. As our college is a girl college the environment of our college is very female friendly which gives us a feeling of women empowerment everyday.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostels in our college run on an ancient version of schooling which is called Gurukul. There are two buildings provided for the hostel facility one is known as Bharti Bhawan and the other is known as Brahmananda Bhavan. The discipline in both of the building is very famous around the area of our college. The hygiene and all of the atmosphere is conducted by the students themselves with the help of non teaching faculty. The hostel fees is added to your regular fees if you opt for hostel. Hostels is only applicable after your admission is confirmed in the college.

Admission

The application in under graduation courses at our college is very easy I just had to fill out the application form which is present at the online website of the college then the application fees was paid which was only 60 rupees for one application form then I submitted my application form at the online website of the college. Thus, the merit list was displayed and my name was also there then I submitted my important documents which was asked by the college and finally visited the college regularly.

Faculty

5

As, it is a female college the teachers are also mostly female which keeps us very friendly towards our teachers. We can go up to any teacher and ask for help to every one of them this way college life is at very ease and we are free to go to any teacher and ask stuffs from them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always wanted to persue English as a career. I love studying English but not a big fan of the new curriculum by NEP that includes a lot pf irrelevant papers. The semesters are not consistent. Odd semesters usually have a lot of time like 6-8 months but even semesters barely consist of 2-3 months.

I used to read so many novels from my childhood and that inspired me in getting attracted to this field. We used to have the fecility of having seminar in the end of every month after compleating of each lessons. And this process helped us in true education. After every year professors from differnt parts of the country used to come for a seminer for overall groth of the students. Actually is theory teaching style is followed in the college, according to me some developments in the practical teaching can be used. Semister is held at the end of every six months and the exams are used to be moderate in nature.
