Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is good and up to date. Syllabus is strictly according to the guidelines provided by VTU. Labs are the core part of the course. There are two major exams in every semester. Class test and assignments depends on the subject teacher.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities are good every year many company visit the campus and mostly students are offered job in college placement drives. Talking about internships one need to put in their own effort in order to get a good internship.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a government college show the fee structure is very economical. Compare to any other engineering college in Karnataka the fees is very less. The fees here for general category is Arab approximately 20000 per year year and for schedule caste it is only 500 rupees per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
As it is a well known Government College and approved by AICTE, so when will not find it difficult to apply for loan in majority of banks. Also if eligible one can also apply for scholarship under Central government schemes through NSP or under state government schemes
Campus Life
Gender ratio is good in college. Atmosphere of the college is very good and here are helpful in nature. Seniors are also helpful and are happy to help. Labs are well maintained but they are not up to date but still are in good condition .
Admission
My first preference was not this college but with my rank I was getting my preferred branch in this college so I choose this college. The admission here are given on the basis of the rank kCET(Karnataka common entrance test).
Faculty
As this is a well recognised and old college the faculty is good. Faculty is well experienced and have good knowledge in their respective fields. They are helpful in nature but one needs to be discipline in order to ask for help.
